Albert "Inky" Harris ran the first cheesesteak and hoagie shop in Philadelphia back in the 1940s, and the current grandchildren owners carry that legacy forward. It was a big disappointment wanting an EGG sandwich and it's just a fake looking object that resembles an egg. Also, the quality of the sandwich was meh, for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich to barely have one piece of bacon total, that's a swing and a miss. It is sad when a chain such as Dunkin has a system for more consistency. We had also asked for butter but that went on deaf ears. Our waitress had a trainee helping her and they both went above and beyond to be sure we had a great meal. The smoked and grilled bologna sandwich was yummy, and the portion was huge. The patty melt with house made chips was a sandwich I will return home and dream about. Delicious juicy patty seasoned just right. Generous portions and fresh garnish.
