    A glove in the wrap.

DISGUSTING. I opened my chicken wrap and found a GLOVE inside of it. Then when i asked for a refund the manager said "the glove is clean tho" WHAT????? As I'm asking for a refund, both managers were being reluctant to do so. The inside was TERRIBLE. Don't even waste your time

This is a double burger??!! What kind of crap ate they putting out at this location?

This is a double burger??!! What kind of crap food are they making here? Took 20 min for drive thru, and the food still sucked.

What month-old frozen fries look like

Sat in the drive thru for ~15 mins while most of the employees were standing around outside talking to each other. Ended up going inside to order, which I was able to do so immediately. The drink machines were out of almost all soda syrups, and one was overflowing with dumped ice and soda and was dripping onto the floor. Food came out quickly, but the fries looked and tasted like they'd been sitting in the freezer for a month before being cooked. Love cook out, but this location is very poorly managed.

Looks like a lot of food for the price... this is 3 cook out trays plus a hotdog

Meh, nothing to write home about. It was okay. It's just a fast food joint that isn't named McDonald's, Hardee's, Burger King, etc. The food was cheap and decent. Ya get whatcha pay for! Restaurant was clean, didn't use the restrooms. They have Cheerwine - yum! The Cook Out Tray is a good size for 2 small kids to share, but not enough for adults to share. The chicken quesadilla was pretty good, it actually tasted like something from Taco Bell. The burger patty had a chargrill flavor like Burger King. I was a little disappointed that I only got 4 small onion rings for one of my sides (they were good though). Don't know if I would go back.

    Quesadilla

This is the 3rd day in a row where my quesadilla was just a tortilla with very little cheese.

A five star visit as always, I came in on Friday for a tray and a drink. The burger, fries, nuggets and quesadillas were delicious and the ice cold Cheerwine hit the spot! I wish more places would offer Cheerwine. Thanks, Cookout!

SUPPOSED TO BE a regular chicken sandwich w/ LTM.. you see how the heck that went.

The only thing cookout still has going for them is the fact that they stay open longer than most other restaurant. That is it. You never get what you ordered with these ppl.

A supposed double burger without tomatoes???

Have Had pretty much great experiences at cook out as a company, but this one was a lil disappointing. Double burger was a sad little burger at best.

A very unfortunate skydiving spider took a dip in my friend's dipping sauce and she, along with another male worker whose name I didn't get, got us a replacement quickly. Cadence was chatty and friendly, very likable and comfortable to be around. Legit I'd come back just for her! Ask her about her cats & you're fast friends. I particularly appreciated how she handled giving out food & making sure we didn't get our fingers burnt by hot plates! I was hugely impressed by the gluten free burger bun, it tasted very good and as a texture junkie I approve of the texture. It was so nice to have a real, not lettuce wrapped burger for once! The only real negative was the seating arrangement on the patio had us with our backs literally against a rowdy group that were talking in a pretty vulgar manner, as is expected with a bar environment. For that reason I wouldn't recommend it for families with younger children. They were balanced out by a very friendly neighboring table, however, that took a picture for us! Thank you Grill Marks, if I'm ever nearby again I'll be back! Fan for life.

We had made reservations and specifically requested an outdoor table on the side of the restaurant as opposed to the front, main sidewalk. We had great seats for people watching on a Friday, just as the workday was ending and foot traffic was steady. This was great for sharing a nice bottle of wine and appetizers. Our waitress, Lilly, was very attentive and did a great job taking care of us. Even with the beautiful weather, we still didn't want to eat too heavy and we each got the spinach strawberry salad with red onions, goat cheese, crispy prosciutto bites and strawberry vinaigrette with the added protein of blackened grouper. It was as delicious as the picture looks. I loved the sweet and salty contrast in the salad from the goat cheese and prosciutto and offset by the strawberries. The grouper addition was cooked excellently and added just the right balance to the dish. A few months ago we had just a couple of drinks at an outside table here and decided to redo it for a longer drinks, appetizers and dinner, and we were not disappointed in any way. The raspberry topping and wilted apple(?) chip were unnecessary, and it was missing that fresh crème brûlée crack. Why not 5 stars? Was a little too hot inside, so we were really aware of our temperature and stickiness. I get it, it's the south, but they either need to turn the air up or get better ventilation. And our waiter, while kind and informative, really pushed the booze. First the wine list upon seating, we said no wine for our group and he still spent two minutes telling us the high end, hard to find, bottle they carry. When we ordered non alcoholic drinks he then pushed the mocktails, and other ideas for fancy upsells. I understand the bill isn't as high without booze, but we always tip generously when servers don't make us feel bad for not drinking...or carry on with suggestions. Otherwise the place was great.
