    We love this Sam's club. The staff in the store is very helpful and friendly. Their curbside pick up is great and the team is helpful with packing your car for you. This store is clean and a good product selection. We love the flowers from Sam's great quality!

    Dirty first aid supplies in cooler with meat.

    Very bad service. Someone got hurt and required first aid. The persons foot was very bloody. But the irresponsible employee put the dirty first aid supplies in the cooler with the meat. 100% not sanitary. This is unacceptable.

    3 Super long lines! This is UNACCEPTABLE! Where's the freakin Mgr in this store??

    Service!! This is for the Cafe only! To stand in line for 35 mins for a freakin hot dog is RIDICULOUS! We could've gone to a full service restaurant & gotten served faster

    Chip scanners at 2 self check out registers didn't work after trying multiple cards. Food court was over a 45 minute wait for 2 hot dogs & a slice of pepperoni. Both hot dog buns were broken & one dog fell out when we opened the wrapper. Ridiculous long wait, with complete chaos & confusion behind the food court counter. Our cold grocery items are no longer cold. I will be going to the Costco food court from now on. This place sucks. Also their parking lot surface is the roughest asphalt in all of Gilbert, my kids said it hurt them while riding in the cart & all the bouncing from the rough pavement broke a couple of our eggs.

    Absolutely the best customer service in the jewelry department today from Peggy and Laura the store manager. This is a great store and a great jewelry department.

    Ok, so I decided to do the Pickup ordering. Yesterday morning I ordered 2 of the Command Outdoor Lighting Clip packs. From their advertisement they were suggested for hanging up Christmas Lights. I loved the idea, we used these for pictures in the house and if you change your mind they leave no residue. So I scheduled it yesterday morning for today between 5pm-6pm. Reason being is it is on my way home and I get off at 5pm. 10 min travel window so it was perfect. I get there and there is no update to my order, I'm their defense, they've never emailed me it was ready but they never emailed me that it was going to be late either. When I asked them, they told me they were still trying to fill 3pm and 4pm orders. I get that it I placed my order a few hours ago but that simple wasn't the case. I placed it 24 hours ago. The best suggestion they had for my was to come back later tonight, just wow! I'm so disappointed, my wife does it all the time and raves about it. I don't think I'll ever do it again. I would have been better off just going in and getting it myself.

    Thought they were as good as Costco but was wrong. It's a Walmart with bulk size items. 90% self checkout as well. Hard pass.

She was very professional checked all 4 of my tires just in the parking lot, then asked if she can check the spare....which was from 2011 luckily I never had to use it, but it was chalky lol so she asked if I wanted a quote for a new one. I made an appointment to rotate my tires but she said no need they were equal, told me to go thru the air line and see if the sensor relights. My son filled my tires up this morning and the sensor did turn off but i worry. I was going to walk back in after getting air in all 4 tires in the drive thru lane and Sienna actually came out to me and gave me a quote. That was awesome, convenient for me and I appreciate that. At 1 my car had not even been taken back. No calls to tell me they were behind. I called to ask what the deal was and they said they STILL had cars in front of mine and my estimate time would've 1:40 It's 1:45 and my car STILL hasn't been started. I'm watching it get rolled back right now. The only reason it's getting started is because I came back in to complain. How many other people came in after me and got helped before my car was because they stayed in the store and waited???? I know sometimes a tire fix can take awhile. But my car literally was not getting worked on until I came back in to complain. Better estimates would be nice. Better communication would be helpful. I could have gotten an uber ride home and gotten stuff done around the house while I was waiting. But I stayed in the area thinking it wouldn't be THIS long. Employees are really nice tho. So there's that.

They got me in right away, the wait was very reasonable, and I left with three brand new tires (plus one repaired), all at an affordable out-the-door price. I was also able to use Affirm for 0% interest financing for three months, which was a huge help.
