Everything about it just feels right -- the vibe, the people, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care. The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

I was pleasantly surprised with how big it is. It's a proper cafe with 5-10 tables, each for 2 people. Plenty of space, so no knocking elbows with their neighbor. The music wasn't distracting and I saw a few people working on their laptops. There were some periodicals. It gives old school cafe vibes where people sit and enjoy a coffee with a friend. The barista was friendly and eager to engage in conversation. We talked about the calming ritual of making coffee for a few minutes. They offer an extensive coffee and drink menu, and they have a lot of pastries to pair with your coffee. I ordered a skinny vanilla latte. It was delicious!

That said, today's experience (Sunday) was unacceptable. The staff member working was rude, dismissive, and gave the clear impression she did not want to be there. The interaction felt uncomfortable and completely out of line with basic customer service expectations. This is not a small issue--it directly impacts the customer experience and the reputation of the business. This needs to be addressed, whether through retraining or reconsidering staffing. I will continue to support the shop because I value it, but experiences like this make it difficult. I hope this is taken seriously and corrected.

There's the coffee (of course), features teas, small selection of breakfast items. Plus, lots of options to look at beautiful art (gorgeous gallery) to jewelry pieces and so much more. Not to mention they have a monthly calendar of events & entertainment that's featured here too! The owner was extremely helpful in filling us in about this place & all it has to offer. I ended up getting the toffee nut latte & my daughter the ice vanilla latte. They have different options for milk and I went with coconut which think it made my drink very bitter unfortunately. My daughter did whole milk, hers was better but could still could taste a slight pungent flavor. I'd have to say we were both not a real fan of their coffee. The atmosphere here is pretty cool. You can shop, sit inside or out. They do have a restroom that was really retro. Would say the outdoors (backyard) could use some good maintenance crew cleaning. It was a cool experience, but probably would not be worth our visiting again.

The barista was patient as I took forever deciding between all the fun drink options! The decoration was super cute: very light/airy and wood accents, just like you'd imagine in a casita! It's clear to…read moreme that it really depends on what you're looking for and I'm looking for great espresso drinks. I'm just not finding it. I'm a big Cortado guy and they have one prominently on the menu. We've been here a few times and each time my wife's flavored latte is quite lovely, but would it be if it wasn't iced? The service is pleasant, the cafe itself is clean and cute, they have a restroom for patrons. But when it comes to pouring a Cortado, they don't know how to do it. It's just some steamed milk dumped on espresso in a paper cup. Any time a barista puts a cap on your cup (paper cups are generally a bad sign, but some are very good, but still not as good as glass cup poured versions) it's clear they intend to hide the lack of microfoam head, the art itself is how you build this drink. The pastries are great. I've wanted to like this place really because of the story, but if you're really into espresso there are so many better options than Cosita.
