Although they were out of stock, they explained that their usual supplier no longer carries the product and offered to order it from a new provider. That level of effort and transparency was exactly what I needed. Because of this, I've transferred all my prescriptions to the E McDowell location. They even call to notify you if a prescription will be delayed--something the previous location never did. Their professionalism and customer care are a breath of fresh air.
