When another employee tried to assist me, the manager told them not to help. I understand that many locations encourage customers to use the kiosks, but customers should still be able to receive assistance when requested. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I hope management reviews how customers are treated and ensures staff are allowed to help when someone asks for assistance. This is McDonald's policy.

I ordered the WaBa Veggie Bowl which comes with chicken and steak along with carrots cabbage glazed with their like teriyaki sauce. I preferred the chicken over the steak but it had a really clean char flavor on both meats and were tender and juicy. The teriyaki sauce was really tasty as well not too soy based and plenty of it in the bowl so mixes with the rice and veggies and meat and more than enough. Also had the 5 dumplings which were tasty as well. All in all great meal that's really clean. This would be great casual option if you want something clean and not oily but tasty.
