Love's Fuel Center is truly amazing. I travel across the country for vacations, and as a single woman traveling with my pugs, it's the only place I feel completely comfortable stopping. Their bathrooms are the cleanest of any fuel or travel center I've been to. They offer an enormous variety of items at reasonable prices, and their staff is always friendly. I also appreciate how safe I feel there. The dog park is fenced, well-lit, and even stocked with little doggy waste bags--it's wonderful. I'll gladly pass five other travel centers just to stop at a Love's. It's the only place I trust on the road! read more

Ended up stopping here to get gas because there was mad traffic on the 10 to get to LA. The restrooms were clean. The store was fully stocked to break, grab the items you need, and get in line. The cashier was pretty efficient and rang me up fast. read more

I have to say, I would normally not review places like this, however, on my road trip to Arizona I was absolutely pleasantly surprised at how well kempt each of the Loves Travel Shop's that we stopped in to refuel and go to the bathroom. Went in to get gas today and this rude short girl with long black hair was on a phone call with her friend through at least two people in front of me. She ignored me for a few seconds when I walked up to the register and just said "hi" and I told her how much on what pump, and that was the last word she said before she threw me my change back (literally threw) and didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, which I keep to track mileage. Rudest experience I have ever had and I cannot believe she is allowed to be on a speaker phone call while she is working on a register. Definitely never stopping here again. read more

Bad Service! In The Repair Shop !! I won't ever come here for service again. I was told 3-4 hour wait ended up being there for over 24 hours. I was told that I would get a phone call that I never got I had to wait till the next day to go back and check in. read more

I was having car problems And left my car over night . I went on my lunch break and try to move it . I went there right after work and was waiting for my buddy that fixes cars. I was sitting there when this old guys with the most sour face come up to me saying I had one hr to get it out. And that he should have just towed it last night. And stormed back inside. And was trying and doing all I could to get it out but that sour face employee did not help the situation I think he is in the wrong line of work cause I have the worst impression of the place. Worst Loves ever. Rude people and no food at 530 am. The place was dirty. She acted like it was my fault.

This location is OK. It is not the best truckstop I've ever been to but it is decent. The gas price is not the best but it is not the worst. The food is not great. But it is not bad either. The coffee was a little hot. But it could be a little cold sometimes as well. All of the drinks fit in the cup properly. I put a lid on the cup as well and the lid stayed on the cup which made me happy. I did not spill any of the coffee in my vehicle which is a plus. I have had that issue before with coffee shops so I am very glad it did not happen with this loves. The staff need to do a better job of making drivers park their trucks after fueling. All they do is announce on the intercom for them to move, well that does no good they ignore that message. You need to go out there and threaten them with a tow truck if they don't move. Literally it will take 45 minutes to get you here when it should only take five minutes. read more

This loves has horrible wait times very rude employees I even was called a cracker and told to leave they refused to work on my truck after I waited 7hrs to receive services. The showers were dirty the towels smelled of mildew and it took over 2hrs to get shower. Jacob and Rob served me at the desk for mechanics which called me a cracker and told me to leave there were several guys standing around not working longer then a ten minute break or a 30 minute lunch. I am appalled at the way I was treated. NEVER GO HERE. read more

I walked into the store at 6am this morning and I was welcomed by a guy cashier name Andrew I believe he's Latino, but I was welcomed like if I wasn't wanted there. He had this attitude towards customers and myself like if he didn't want us there or if he didn't want to be there. Like dude, if you don't want to work there than don't work there. Leave. I don't think I will be coming back to this gas station due to his attitude. I know how businesses run. One negative staff can bring the business down. So please have a talk with him before you guys lose more customers. But I know for sure I ain't coming back. read more

Andrew at the tire shop was down to earth did not hesitate to help me in my endeavor I had a running flat on my trailer and I had just fired up my rig and was going to ask the shop if I can borrow their air gauge And I locked my professional dumb butt out of my truck. I walked up to Andrew on his break and told him what just happen and he got on his cell phone to right away and found a locksmith and contacted them right away !!! Don't come here if you can avoid it. Mid day no showers being used and still have to wait an hour for them to be cleaned. With atleast 8 inside staff members. Maybe instead of standing around and asking your MOD what to do go clean showers so customers can get back on the road and make our money. A lot of the truck shops at Loves locations are mismanaged. This location takes grand prize for being poorly managed. I arrived at this location at 10:00 am on a Saturday morning. I told them I need an annual inspection on my trailer. They told me they couldn't do it until the following day. I contacted my company dispatch told me to go ahead and wait. So Sunday early I go back in the shop. They tell me it's going to be a couple hours. At this point I'm not very pleased. After a couple of hours I go back inside, because they haven't called me. Now they tell me it's going to be after 15:00 because they don't have a mechanic certificated to do the inspection. Now I'm really not happy about how this location runs their shop. 15:00 rolls around I go inside to ask how long it's going to be. A young man working there pulls all the jobs out. He put an entire popsicle that he's eating in his mouth and starts grunting and pointing to a couple of job write ups. I tell him I can't understand him with his mouth full. He tells me it's going to be at least another hour. Well it's still that Sunday at 15:15, and I don't know when I'll get this inspection done. Drivers if you need anything done at a shop avoid this Loves location. The service here is very unprofessional. This truck stop allows drivers to sit and clog up the pumps. I was just there after dealing with waiting for a pump I went inside to get a receipt and add a gallon of oil there was one woman at the counter and at least five drivers waiting for assistance. She called for help. But Patric The manager sent some new kid they did not know how to even work the cash register. Finally after 15 or 20 minutes Patric the manager came over and helped. Customer service is horrible I will not be going back there again read more

It's nothing special just a truckstop. I personally wont use Love's to do a DOT inspection ever again. They didn't set brakes properly, and we were hit with 2 violations just one week later. Called into customer service they were rude, and refused to refund my money. read more

as I just get off a late night shift I decided to pick up some subway on my way home as im walking up to order and I got a really bad smell of body order like it was really strong I had to stand back me and and my friend noticed it was from the subway employee is tag said Martin to make matters worse he ring up the person in front of me he handles cash and tries to use the same gloves to make my sandwich I had to ask him to wash his hands and change gloves and all he did was change is gloves so I had another employee finish making it all I'm saying is that is ridiculous how can you have someone handling food like that no type of hygiene or cleanliness which is a big part of food handling I will not be eating here if the employee Martin is working so unsanitary other than that the 2 other employees diamond and Angelina were wonderful read more

I had a horrible experience at this store. I went to put gas and paid in cash. When I went to go get my change the cashier didn't give me my exact change. I went to the pump to make sure I wasn't mistaken. When I went back to get my exact change, theg made me wait about 10 minutes to get me my change. I then asked for my receipt and they took another 10 minutes. It was a horrible experience, especially because it seemed like they were doing it on purpose. The cashier next to him was able to help many customers while one guy was trying to get me my change and receipt. read more
