I'm so frustrated with QT and their individual pizza slices. They start putting pizza out to purchase at 10:30 or 11:00am and don't bother to remove the old pizza that has been sitting under the light cookers all afternoon. If you purchase pizza slices after 2pm, they are disgusting. Dried out, not hot, and taste bad. How about making some new batches? There's never any pizza by 5pm or after. Not to mention the price has doubled from what it used to be. This issue is across the board at every QT I've visited in the metroplex, not just Westworth Blvd today. QT home office, please address this with your stores!!! read more

Actual interaction I had at this Quik Trip: Me: "Ma'am, can I get a pack of American Spirit Light Blues please?" Teenage female cashier: Goes to the cigarette drawer, digs quietly for a few minutes. "What kind again?" Me: "Blue. Light blue American Spirits." Teenage female cashier: digs a few more minutes... "Sir, we don't have any light greens." Me: "I said light blues actually." Other female cashier, shorter hair: "YOU SAID GREEN, I HEARD YOU." (Somewhat argumentatively) Me: "SHE said green. The word green never entered my thoughts or left my mouth. I buy these all the time and said Blue, twice even because she had me repeat myself." Other female cashier, shorter hair: "Yeah, well you said green." Just thought this was funny and weird as a former QT Employee myself. Never heard an employee get argumentative and/or lie to protect another employee. It didn't matter to me so much that they were wrong, but it mattered a whole lot to them that they were right. I am a 27 year old who speaks very clearly and am not senile. I know what I said 2 minutes before, and I know that I said it clearly. I work in technical support now and providing good customer service while speaking clearly is my job. I have even been told I have a "radio voice." Being wrongly (and loudly) called a liar in front of a line of people by a "customer service" rep does not make for a great experience, but I am still giving 3 stars because my other experiences at this Quik Trip have been just fine. I have never seen QT so nasty and unkept. I pulled up to purchase gasoline and the ground was filthy. Unfortunately, I stepped on gasoline as soon as I got out of my truck. I chose to patron this location because of the FORMER cleanliness and pride the management took in maintaining the store. Now I have gasoline on the soles of my shoes and inside the cab. I hope the employees will start pressure washing the premises again. read more

Busy road lots of traffic but good place to stop for gas. Not in the best part of town but not in the worst either.

What could we say about this place in Texas being my first time here and first quick place to stop at... We get here on tue July 18th about 11ish tired, trying to get a quick bite and of course I grab my wallet from my purse to pay and place my mk glasses and Oakley glasses on the counter, well I pay and leave. As soon as We check in our hotel I soon remembered where I placed my glasses, so I call this quiktrip gas station and No answer.... We wake up in the morning And soon remember and make a quick stop to this place and ask about my glasses everyone was so weirded out when we ask and giggling, kept us waiting for a min.. talk about " "dishonorable" I know where I placed them and who was there!!! Fine!!! We leave now July 23 it's 415am tired again and said ok let's pump some gas before we go, We walk in...Good morning Willis! Normally great service fast friendly but the kid behind the food counter on 10/9/17 around 12 noon was just not QT standard. Myself and another man waited for this slow person to fill individual pizza slices for the case out front while I waited on a twister and the other man watched his pizza sit at the end of the oven . Then this man leaves to stock the case leaving no behind the counter. A lady came moments later asked him about my order and he told her he hadn't done it. He stopped to wash his hands and he didn't take care of the other man he stood at sink and stared at me...and I just stared at him. I live in the neighborhood and I'm thinking of going elsewhere....this kid should not be dealing with the public read more
