Customer service was horrible. I went to play today and while paying, there was no mention of the greens being aerated. Hole 1 giant sand green. Hole 2 being aerated, so I drove to hole 3. Drive off hole 3 to find that it too is a big sand mess. I drive to clubhouse to try to get refunded, take a rain check, get a discount, but nothing. They say they can't do anything. Sign was on the door they say. I asked why the guy wringing me up didn't mention it since it was being done at that time and he says he can't remember to tell people. One day? You can't remember for one day to say "hey, we are aerating the greens today so it's going to be different." So it was play or lose my money, no other option. So I played my LAST round at Quincy golf course today. Not sure who the new owners are, but they lost a customer today for being so desperate for money. I felt like I was forced to play when I wasn't forewarned about the aerated greens. Ruined my time out there and I won't be back. I played out there enough that the guy thought I was a member... not anymore. Carts are crap too! read more
