Great atmosphere Dive bar Great and fast service The food is top tier, whatever you need literally. I love the people that run this place and the employees. They treat everyone equal here. Check them out.

After a long fun day of field day work my run group, a few of us decided to get drinks and was referred to Quinlan. It was just what we needed! A local area dive bar with very affordable drinks and food options. There's a patio if you wanted to sit outside or you could opt to sit inside but it is kind of small. The drinks were very affordable and the bartenders were very nice! We ordered food which was your typical bar food but it did the job for us!

Good ol Quinlan's. I stumbled across this beloved dive while looking for another establishment , who turned out to be closed. Sooooo glad they were because I've found my new go to dive bar. The ambience reminds you of one of those cool neighborhood bars that you see on tv. Where Everyone is in their on vibe and enjoying their drink, laughing and having a good time. I instantly felt at home. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was greeted in a good amount of time. The Handwritten menu on the wall bared unbeatable prices. Im talking $5-8 apps, $9-12 MEALS. They had a variety of choices including meatloaf and the highly recommended smothered pork chops. I went with the burger. I ordered mine To go with cheese. While I waited for my burger, I met 2 gentlemen at the bar who made me feel welcomed. For that alone, I'm going back! The service was not the fastest but the pours were crazy!! I'm talking huge! They can move as slow as they please with those type of drinks LOL Now let's get to this burger. It's gooooood!!! I got home and added a little more seasoning (I love me some garlic salt ) and I was in burger heaven. I asked for extra pickles and they were SOOOOO good. I'm a pickle lover and these are top 2! Almost comparable to Clausen! The fries were piping hot, super yummy and well seasoned! A handmade burger with fries for only $8.75 in 2022?? You can't beat it!!! My friend at the bar said they have live music from a 1 man band on Mondays and a dj on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They also have a patio where you can smoke and watch the game. I'll DEFINITELY be back on a Thursday to try the wings and I'm bringing friends! You won't regret coming here!

I loved it! I am usually in class until 10 so. I look forward to a late night wind down. The music is great, the ambiance, staff, food and drinks. The prices are great... I mean look at this board. The drinks were good and not watered down. I ordered the hot wing appetizer but beware there is no sauce on it, it's dry. So ask for the side of Louisiana if you want to add a little wetness. They package the food "to go" around the night time which is great and sanitary, and they have hand sanitizers all around the bar. I love that!! Their bartenders were cool, can be a little slower when it's a lot of people. Would definitely go back and can't wait to. I've found my hidden gem! And yes the food is good too! It's not just a drink OR food spot. It's both. Nothing too fancy either. Laid back cool ambiance. Okay so, had to knock it down to 4 stars because they did mix my card and another patron's up. Like literally, charged my food to his card and his to mine (luckily his was cheap). That was a huge no no. How does that even happen? Luckily, the patron came back and was nice about it but that's an inconvenience and we still had to order a new card just for security purposes. And they don't close at 2; they close at about 1ish.

Came here for the first time with my fellow Yelper Ron Dog! Great little hole in the wall that makes you feel like your right at home. You can't beat the prices on both the drinks and the food. If you want to have a great time but not break the bank, this should be your "go to" spot!

I came out on a Friday night and this place was quite the popular spot.  I actually came out to watch a game and drink some beer, eat something good, and this place had it covered.  I soon realized that I was the only one really watching the TV's after my game ended.  I wish the beer selection was a little more craft.  I would have easily spent more time chilling here if they had a better beer selection.  I was very happy with my stay but the overall experience was lacking.  Having a DJ would have been that missing ingredient for the perfect Dallas Nightlife experience.  Luckily I know the perfect DJ for the job. Here is some of DJ Taxi's social proof!  -Facebook @djtaxitx -Instagram @dj_taxitx

If you're driving east on Trinity Mills, or south on Midway, it will be on your right. Love the light fixtures, the sports they were showing and the super friendly girl named Sierra who greeted us when we arrived. Sierra answered our questions, to the best of her ability (the place was new to her, too) and did her best to keep us happy. As part of the soft opening, we were served the $10.99 Classic BLT Burgers, which according to the menu, comes with fries. But, we were told that we would need to pay for fries. Okay, $4.99 for side orders of fries was okay. Strange that our Classic BLT Burgers came with a bun although the newly printed menu said it has Texas Toast. I was confused about the difference between the Classic BLT and the Cave Man Burger. The menu shows it priced at $15.99, with a brioche bun and and onion straws but it doesn't come with fries. I would be reluctant to order the Cave Man. While we were waiting for our order, Sierra offered us a beer on the house. We gladly accepted a couple of Dos Equis. This brew paired well with our entrées. The burgers arrived and they looked pretty good. The burger patty pretty much filled the bun, but it didn't look fresh. More like pre-made and pre-frozen? As I mentioned before, there was no Texas Toast. Rather, a bun. I did notice a crunch when I bit down. Was the bun toasted? No. Was it the crisp lettuce? No. How about the bacon. No, it was the well done hamburger patty. I hope the chef learns quickly, how to properly cook a hamburger. The fries were pretty good, but I asked for them to be crispy. They weren't.

We initially received our drinks, but the person who took our drink order never came back. After waiting, one of us finally went to the hostess stand to ask if we actually had a server. There were SIX servers standing around, and the person who eventually became our waitress was on her cell phone. She finally came over, took our order, and our food eventually arrived. But what we witnessed while sitting there completely ruined the entire experience. We watched another waitress, who was serving the customers behind us, literally stick her bare hand into the ice container, take ice out and eat it, then wipe her hand on the back of her pants. She touched her face and played with her hair, then went BACK into the same ice container with her bare hand a second time. What made it even worse was watching her use that same ice to prepare a drink and SERVE IT TO A CUSTOMER. I cannot put into words how disgusting it was to watch. This goes far beyond slow or inattentive service. This raised serious concerns for us about sanitation and food handling. And yes, I have video of exactly what we witnessed. We came because of a recommendation. Unfortunately, after what we personally observed, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A Wednesday night with the place less than 1/3 full, so it was relatively quiet for this type of restaurant and decent for conversation. Eventually one guy had his entree' Caesar salad served, which he finished before the next dish arrived. A few more came sporadically over another 15 minutes, the rest arrived in bursts like it should. The food arrived in the all too common practice of showing up tableside as the staff holds it above eye level while shouting "WHO HAD THE blah blah?", instead of using an order seating system and just quietly serving it without having to shout at everyone up and down a long table 16 to 30 times. Personally, this type of dinner service really bothers me as it shatters any ambiance the place may have had, and kills conversation. It shows the wait and kitchen staff lack training and organization skills, but worse, that they have no concept of what dining out is, or should be. This isn't the Catfish Shack guys, get a grip. Unfortunately, I ordered the Cobb Salad which was sub par made with hamburger toppings, factory diced iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, diced egg, diced avocado, with all appearances of being shaken out of a bag, unfortunately with the wrong dressing. Dressing was on the side, thankfully, so that was fixable by flagging staff and waiting another ten minutes. It might have been resolved faster had waitstaff asked how is everything??? The Cobb was 75% of an entree serving but more than enough given what it was. A friend had the glazed salmon and rice which looked very good, other entrees looked fair, some of generous proportion. Unfortunately , as this is a larger restaurant with nice covered patio seating, it is possibly the worst of the lot as Preston/121 location is top notch in comparison. It is in need of decent management, perhaps to train/retrain the whole staff. Rather disappointing. I have no desire to return to this location.

She loved everything about this entree. For me, it was an easy decision. I LOVE their wedge salad and started with that. The price has gone up a bit but it remains outstanding. For some reason, the waiter gave me a small but it was fine. The small in 2026 is $7.99 and the regular size is now $11.99. For my entree, I ordered from the appetizer menu and got the crab cake. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the crab cake. It has to be the best in Dallas. It is one half pound of pure crab meat, no filler. The price has gone up to $26.99 so it is not cheap, but it is outstanding quality. The cake was perfectly cooked and the crab was sweet. It comes with three dips but to me, I want to taste the crab so I did not use them. The kid had the old fashioned fries and devoured them.
