Their selection is hanging in there and decently impressive post-covid, and all the titles Ive looked for Ive found easily. Also, I love their game/puzzle section since the variety and selection is vast. The only negative thing I can say is there are hardly any outlets in the entire cafe and store. Theres two and you have to do some hunting to find them- and theyre not even near the cafe. The people who work here are continuously helpful, welcoming, and kind. Upon entry to the store I was greeted by Ethan (I hope I remembered his name) and quickly met Andy. Both of these gents are stand up guys, told it to me straight, and I felt right at home browsing around the shop. After a few minutes Andy came over and asked if I needed help finding something -- he was QUICK to show me exactly what I was looking for! We talked while I browsed for another 15 minutes or so, laughing hysterically with both Andy and Ethan -- it really was such a welcomed visit -- I could not be happier with our decision to stop into this store. I felt like I've known these guys for years, my stomach hurt from laughing so much. I have complete confidence that when we do return (as I told them we definitely will be now!) that our experience will be just like our first. Awesome. As well, one of the attendants measured the felt and even gave me the last foot of the bundle at no cost. The prices were low but I needed to get the coins sold. His complaint as I left was that he was making very little per hour buying these coins. Today I went with a much better assortment and more expensive coins (proof sets from the mint, silver, etc.). He estimated several proof sets and uncirculated coins, one set was a silver set which I pulled back, he became upset and set he was not going to buy my stuff. I put my stuff back in the box. He was saying that he could not make a profit and cover the cost of his time. He should not still be in business if he can't offer a fair price and find the market to sell coins.
