I had windows replaced by Quinn windows because my original windows rotted. They were instructed to put tubes of chalking around the windows like a bandaid. Now I have rotten molded sheetrock inside my house after 5 years. I paid for repair and replace. Got stuck with bigger problems. Now I have black mold rotting out the windows. We had replaced or installed newer windows in our 70+ year old ranch home and wanted to replace the remaining (5...fairly small job!). After spending hours on line doing research and some pricing for replacement sash kits for double hung windows a neighbor recommended Quinn Windows and we reached out to them. Three weeks later they delivered and installed the (5) windows, the crew was efficient and professional and left clean conditions and freshly cleaned windows, and caulked seams where they had removed single inner vertical window stops. We could not be happier with our decision to go with them..few other could provide/ install these types of windows or were MUCH MORE than Quinn. Within 20 minutes of the installation crew starting the work, I was on the phone with Meghan in the Quinn Windows office telling her "This work is unacceptable!" The work never got better. Here is the bottom line: 1. I am so very sorry that I hired Quinn Windows - Tucker, GA to replace the windows in my home. 2. I will not recommend Quinn Windows - Tucker, GA to anyone. 3. I will never use the services of Quinn Windows - Tucker, GA again. My plan was to upgrade my little house that I recently purchased so that I could live in it for years to come. Our windows were installed yesterday--19 double hung windows, large paladian window, picture window and 2 sidelights. The installation crew arrived at scheduled time, with masks, neatly dressed and attacked the job with skill and precision. The job was completed and all items back in place, areas vacuumed and clean. I could not be more pleased with the exceptional experience I have had recently with Quinn Windows. I have been wanting to replace all the windows in my house for quite a while. I collected all of those ads you see in the "Local Flavor" and all of those little fliers and postcards you get in the mail. When I finally decided it was time to do it, I got quotes from many (probably way too many!) companies. I sat through more drawn out sales demos than I really care to remember. After all that - it was very easy to decide on who I was going to choose. Quinn was the stand-out winner by far. First of all, they are family owned and operated - and supporting local businesses is important to me. Second, their product is simply just fantastic - just a real solid window. I'm not asking this thing to do the dishes and walk my dog - I'm asking it to work well, make my home more energy efficient, last a long time, and look nice. The Quinn Window does all that and more! Quinn had great options to choose from (grids/no grids, screen types, etc.) and excellent options that would not stick out like a sore thumb in our neighborhood either! Third, their staff was absolutely fantastic.
