I took my car in around 8:30 or 9:00 am. He said it would be ready by 2:00 pm. Around two I called and he said he was still waiting for the glass. As soon as I got home he called and told me the guy brought the wrong glass and he couldn't get the right one until Tuesday, might I mention it was Saturday and I was going out of town on Sunday. I asked him to put my old glass back since the crack hadn't been that bad but he said he broke it and threw it away.He apologized and offered to charge me $60.00 less but that meant I would be without a car for three days in a not so nice part of town. No thank you. So I had to get a tow truck to take my car home with no windshield. A mobile service from ANOTHER place ended up coming and took care of it but I had to dish out another $20.00 for some black stripping I was not given back. This place was awesome. I called to request a price and the owner answered the phone. He told me he'd call me back in 5 minutes with a price. He did! The price Quiros quoted me was one third the price of safelite and he asked me when I wanted to drop off the car. The job they did was 100% and I highly suggest using Quiros. read more

They did not clean up the interior of glass from the window being broke in. They locked the keys inside the car. The window does not fully go down. There is no waiting area so I sat on a dirty curb. There is a very narrow drive entrance filled with cars and I was given extremely poor instructions as where to park. It was not worth the price. Steer clear from this place at all costs. Quiroz auto glass fails to deliver on every aspect. Customer service is horrible, parking is horrible quality of work is horrendous. I had to take my car in to "get the best job" ( so much for mobile service. They were not able to seal the window properly (air and water getting in) and were annoyed that I wanted then to fix the problem. Their "repair" consisted of smearing sealer around the window which looked horrible and never worked. Eventually I just gave up on having them fix it, realizing that they are not competent enough to do the job right. read more

I called ahead for a windshield on my Toyota rav 4 and they had it. I had my 11 mo old son with me so they did it quick and my windshield looks great. It's not in the nicest part of town so I wouldn't take a baby with me in the future but the service was great. read more

I had great service when i visited Quiroz! They were fast and very friendly! After an awful day in LA I came back with a huge crack in my windshield and a busted side mirror. It was a fair price and I received great service! At the end i asked where i should get my mirror fixed and they said they could pop it back together! I'm not normally a person to complain but this business is horrible, I went in to repair a cracked windshield, while i was waiting an angry customer came to return a battery, At first I thought the gentleman was at the wrong place as there was a battery show next door (Oxnard Battery). To my surprise, Quiroz is also selling batteries and the gentleman was upset because he has just purchased the battery the day before and it was no longer working, they refused to issue the man a refund. Needless to say i got out of there as quick as I could and I do not plan on returning. read more

The guy has cheap prices.... For a reason. His customer service is nonexistent. His "same day service" took two and a half days. He left my door wobbly and unsecured and now I have to go back so he can fix it. What does he tell me? Leave it here so I can glue it. Does he think I have nothing better to do than to leave my car there ? I have no ride and no other mode of transportation. The money I saved going with him isn't worth the headache I am going through. Do not recommend at all. Go to a legit shop that will Guarantee their work! read more
