They have a old school doorbell sound at the door for every patron through the doorway. We ordered 2 fresh shots with the lemon, ginger and turmeric, a PB&H and a spinach greens. The fruits used here are frozen. The woman was at first apprehensive about us getting the shots, since they close in an hour and had already cleaned the juicer for the shots. The other woman seemed irritated to have to clean the juicer again. The shot is exhilarating, bite from the ginger and cayenne and a nice pucker from the lemon. The spinach green tastes super healthy, not so sweet, earthy, like liquid grass. Imagine face planting into a pasture of grass and getting a mouthful of long bladed grass and dirt, that's what the first sip or two comes across like to me. I get how the cows must feel. The PB&H is light and creamy and slightly nutty. It's subtle and pleasant. read more

The two older women there look like they're on drugs. This place is ghetto, we where at Joanns and happened to catch a fight outside the store, and heard stuff in the store being thrown and knocked around. We decided not to go that day, and came back a different day. We noticed that they have CHILDREN running the front end while the two adults do nothing but be rude to customers and get irritated with their workers. While the children are preparing our order one of the older women IS OUT SIDE SMOKING right out side the door, the last thing I want with my smoothie is cigarette smoke! If you don't like your job find another one! Don't make it a miserable experience for people just trying to drink a good smoothie. read more

Literally just received a wrong bowl, called the restaurant to ask for a refund or a remake, lady is arguing on the phone stating she just made it and she for sure knows it's correct. Never had such a rude employee. Also stating I would have to pick it up. Uhhh I ordered thru DoorDash so I wouldn't have to pick it up since I am at work. read more

Love their Açaí bowls! Hubs and I get them regularly for lunch. I've not tried any of the chicken açaí bowls, because I love the P bowl so much, but I'll get to it! Ordering off the app is a cinch. I just have to walk in and pick it up! A great option when you're trying to eat healthier. read more

I went into qwench yesterday evening right before they closed around 6 o'clock. And got 2 bowls. They usually are so good! But to my surprise it tasted rotten. I called qwench to see what they could do because we spent 25 dollars & didn't even eat them. But they offered 20% off. The manager stated she had to watch the video of the employee making our bowls to see if they did something wrong. Terrible service. read more

The customer service is always awful. but especially today. Had an awful attitude and tone of voice with everything i said, i asked for extra nutella and they forgot and i asked them to put extras nutella and they charged me A DOLLAR just to put a teaspoon of nutella on top not even scooped in. i hate this place. read more

Came in earlier today as I have continuously heard great things about the establishment, however, I was quite disappointed. It took about 30 minutes to receive my order due to lack of employees actually working. The girl who was making everyone's orders appeared to have a brace on her thumb and was struggling to keep up with the small rush of people that came in all at once. She was hustling the best she could while the two other female employees did not step in to help at all. In fact they appeared to be annoyed with her slower moving pace. I am by no means speaking ill of the girl with the brace. She did the best she could with being injured. However, the other two employees there lacked any drive to make the work less stressful on her and failed to please the customers in line. Great job to the girl who was actually working, but those other two are the reason Karen's become Karen's. read more

Been here at least 3 times. Smoothies are good. Only issue was on my last visit. The counter person seemed to be carrying on a conversation with a married man (he said the smoothie was for his wife) and stood there talking to him even though the other worker was making his smoothie and he should have moved out of the way so that I could place my order. She finally finished her conversation with him. At least I thought they were finished talking guess not since she rudely looked away from me and started talking to him again! Ok, thats just rude. My husband and I went here several times and enjoyed it. But after today we won't go back. My husband usually customizes his smoothies and adds additional fruit. There is a charge for this and that is fine. This also makes the smoothie larger and there is "extra" that they have given him in the past. Today they refused; even called a manager who said they couldn't give him the extra. He walked out. If you are paying for additional ingredients it doesn't make sense that they won't give you the extra that those ingredients make. read more
