I was waiting a lifetime for this place to finally open! I saw the store and I saw the sign and numerous times I went but they were closed, getting my hopes up and my hopes dashed when I realized it was empty for quite sometime, wondering if it would ever open. Finally I was able to walk for the first time this past week after making a call confirming they were open for business. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is so cool, if you download the app you get deals and free drink for your birthday, which was the case for me, I walked into this place on my birthday and I ordered a Sunrise Sunset. The girls that worked there were starting to sing happy birthday to me, very sweet. And it helped that they were cute too. Smoothie's have always been yummy and fast! I would recommend this location. Store very clean and staff friendly.

We love the smoothies and food here, but was a little disappointed when I went to pay cash and was told they wouldn't accept my 50.00 to pay a 30 bill. I didn't see any signs posted that they didn't accept bills over 20.00. read more

I'm a smoothie lover. I have had 2 stomach surgeries and I drink my nutrition (juices, smoothies, soups) so that part is great for me. They have a wide variety of smoothies and you can get nutrition boosts added in. Just a perfect place for me! read more

The smoothie was VERY good and the prices reasonable. It was not busy at all when I went and the ambiance of the restaurant brought me right to a tropical vibe. One thing to note, they don't accept 100$ bills. Not a problem, just be sure to take some smaller bills. Will be going again!! read more

Food tastes good-service inside is lacking. They are too busy moving drive thru to take time to even great people walking inside. Waited 20 min for a kid smoothie, quesadilla and a regular smoothie. Staff doesn't even acknowledge you at counter and I saw 2 people walk out because of it. Also, flow and efficiency wise they need a better system to give orders out. They are having to cross the counter and that just makes a bad flow. Open one side of glass counter or use the boxes for everyone. As for ambiance it's nice inside, music was way too loud even for me which is saying something. read more

i'm a delivery driver in this area and this restaurant is horrible. I went in today to pick up two orders. Both had two drinks so I asked for two separate cupholders I was told one is the best I can do I said, but there are two orders going to two separate locations. Well, that's your job to keep track of them. It was a cupholder. They wouldn't give me a cupholder. That's how management at this location is horrible. It is a The storm manager Natalie is the worst. They're the same when you come through the drive-through and have more than one drink and ask for a cup act like these cupholders are coming right out of their wages. It's a cupholder!!!!! read more
