Got charged a 3.50 cent computer rental fee to print 3 documents on a computer I didn't even touch and the job wasn't even done correctly. $5 for 3 pieces of paper and an incomplete job. Went in to address two items, one shipping and other finger printing services, time efficient in both services, also missed another item in shipping, and she was able accept it without issue. I came in to get fingerprinted and arrived early, had some complications on my end that I got taken care of BUT the lady working todays shift 8/8 was RUDE. She was rude from the start, kept talking over me and repeating herself when I was asking questions because I needed help and it was my first time there at the business. She had an attitude with delivery people who dropped stuff on, and two other customers she had a rude attitude tone in her voice when speaking to myself and other customers. Wouldn't recommend at all! It's hot in the small building very musty and the worker that was covering for another lady as I over heard is just rude for no reason off the start. read more

This place has terrible customer skills. Every time I have tried to ship a return, they have some excuse not to take it. Today was the last straw. I had a Amazon return that was a simple drop off. The young lady told me that UPS charges $5. Again, this was a Amazon no charge return. I thanked her and left. Drove over to Golden Valley Ace Hardware in Reedley that is a trusted UPS drop off site. No charge and the man was friendly/helpful. Last time I will try to ship something from this place. I have dealt with the owner before and she is very rude. I would give this business 0 stars if it was possible and if the people I spoke with on the phone were not polite. My employee brought boxes to this location to be packed and shipped. He requested them to be shipped via FedEx Ground (this employee ships packages every week using FedEx, they are very knowledgeable on the subject). However, these employees decided to ship them as Priority Overnight with no notice to us whatsoever. This changes the cost of shipping from around $45 to over $300. When I called in they just said that our knowledgeable employee MUST have not said he wanted them to be shipped ground so they defaulted to PRIORITY OVERNIGHT and there was NOTHING THEY could do about it. Terrible! I live 35 min away from Dinuba. I had a 4:20 for appt. I arrived. The sign on the window said open but the door was locked and a sign on the door said "will be right back". There was a family emergency and I needed a package sent by next day air. 4 days later, package has not arrived. Short story long, 30 DAYS LATER, STILL NO PACKAGE!!! 30 DAYS!!! So I struggled with the carrier to have it sent back to me, which I finally did. The carrier not only took my money to ship it (which never reached the destination in the first place!) but they now wanted to CHARGE ME AGAIN to have it sent back to me. Now, where is QP&S (qwik pack & ship) in all this? Well I finally find and tell YOLANDA (owner) everything that happened. She admits HER EMPLOYEE SCREWED UP and never followed up on my package. So they NEVER in those 30 days even tried to contact me to see what was going on. I can't get a refund from the carrier or from QP&S because Yolanda says that the carrier took it from her account. I don't see how that is my problem!!! The carrier keeps telling me that they refunded QP&S, therfore, QP&S should give me my refund. Yolanda says NO REFUND can be given to me. She doesn't care about how I have been struggling ON MY OWN for this package. I have spoken to her in person several times, and each time she mentions how its not entirely her fault. She then tells me "Now you know not to send valuable items in the mail!" WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT??? Her employee told me it would be fine in the first place!!! SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS!! STAY AWAY!! I have reported her to the Better Business Bureau. I would much rather struggle with the lines at USPS than to deal with her and her unprofessional "business." read more
