The service received at Qwik Pack was deplorable to say the least. The young lady was not knowledgeable and rude! When I tried to wrap up my transaction by handing her my item for shipment she barely made her way back over to the station she was helping me at from engaging in a full blown conversation with a coworker. If I didn't know better I'd thought I was a bother to all and not a customer. The location is convenient and if that was not the case I can't see why anyone would want to even enter the doors. I dropped off two customers orders for them to pack and ship the next day. I was very clear with the person as to which order went to what customer and even made sure she placed a sticker with the persons name on the appropriate item. To my surprise the customers are calling and saying they received the wrong item. So somewhere between me leaving and them making boxes for the shipment they switched them. I immediately called Pack & Ship and informed them of their mistake, to which I got "Well what do you want me to do about it" response...not "sir we are sorry, we will fix this right way", nothing but a very condescending attitude. After informing her I payed to have them pack and ship the items, I finally got "get me their emails so we can send them new labels." She actually said "just tell your customers it was because of human error" like this was a regular occurrence. Because of their lack of being able to do the fundamental job of what their business is called "Pack and Ship" I am having to have customers mail their items to each other. I regularly use this store to mail customers orders but this will be the last time, I take a lot of pride in my items and my customer service maybe they should try and do the same. read more

BEWARE. BAD BUSINESS. My parents utilized "Qwik Pack & Ship" to send a lamp to me. The lamp arrived broken. I contacted Shreepal Parikh, Manager. Several phone calls and e-mails were ignored. Finally received a response. Mr. Parikh said that I was trying to commit fraud and that nothing was damaged even though photos were provided. recently shipped a large package with Quick Pack and Ship. I explained to them what I wanted to do and asked them what the least expensive way to ship it would be. They were very friendly; they measured and weighed the package then advised me that Fed-Ex ground was the cheapest way to go. They charged me $113 to ship the package with an extra label for return shipping, which is what I requested. Later I went on the Fed-Ex web site and used the exact same shipping criteria that they used, and found the total cost to ship that same exact package was only $59 round trip. That is almost a 100% mark up! I went back to Quick Pack and Ship to find out why I was charged almost double what Fed-Ex.com charged. I was told that they have no control over the prices and the Fed-Ex software they use sets the prices. I guess the moral of the story is, save yourself a bunch of money and go directly to the company who is doing the shipping read more

Recently I shipped a envelope to be at its destination the next morning at earliest time . The Employee told me it would be there at 0800 the next day. I checked my tracking number the next morning and it said it would be there at 8 O'clock at night . I paid for over night service in the AM delivery . I called Qwik Pack & Ship Shipping Centers 913 Beal Pkwy NW Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 The employee told me that there isn't nothing they could do or even give me a refund and to read the disclaimer at the bottom of my receipt. The receipt does not say anything for the incompetence of service that I received or refunds my money back for the problem they have caused and a 3 day delay for the people I sent money too. Qwik Pack & Ship has dropped the ball without a doubt and I recommend using anyone else then a business that cant deliver and do their job properly for the public. Today was my first day at this location to ship a package. I had a box with clothes, looked overfill but all I had to do was push them down and tape it! I made sure it would close before going! I waited in line and the girl working (young with blind hair and nose ring) was rude to the two customers in front of me! She kept letting out these long sighs, wouldn't make eye contact and occasionally rolled her eyes. Then she sorta snatched a letter out of a customers hand after the customer had purchased a stamp. Anywho, got to my turn and she said "it doesn't fit". She didn't give me a chance to show her it all fit easily. I said I just needed some tape and she laughed and said "how do you plan on doing this". She didn't even offer to help (I was holding my baby and couldn't just put her down). She was SO rude and it's obvious she was not happy to be at work! I just told her I'd go elsewhere, she shrugged and walked off! read more

I used to go here for all my shipping supplies and copies but I will be taking my business elsewhere after my experience today. The woman who owns this business was working today. I needed a UPS overnight envelope and pouch. She gave me an envelope and walk away. I asked for a pouch, and she said she didn't have one. I asked for a fedex pouch and was told they are only for Fedex. Ok, I can understand that, will you please tape the airbill to the UPS envelope. I was informed that the tape for sale was behind me. I got mad and left. I called when I got home to apologize for getting angry but I didn't think I explained myself well and was hung up on. I called back and explained that I buy all my tape, envelopes, boxes, etc from them and that Charlie wouldn't have minded giving my a little tape for my envelope. I was informed that she would be telling Charlie not to do that, this is her business and those are her supplies. She was out of UPS pouches and they were on order. I usually have my own supplies, but had run out also. As this is the case, I know UPS and FedEx supplies are free. When I realized that 2 pieces of tape meant more to this woman than my contined business, I told her I would just take my business somewhere else and for her to have a nice day. read more
