Extremely rude, hung up on me after asking a rental question. Read the other reviews before going, avoid at all costs.

Overall the experience was okay and I got what I went in for. If you are getting anything printed…read morethat needs to be altered or manipulated, make sure to get someone that is experience in their software and printer equipment. While the job got done in what seems like hours and I left feeling annoyed and frustrated with service. Nita greeted my fiance and I when we walked into the store. She asked what we needed help with and proceeded to help with the invitations I need printed. I had 3 documents that needed printing and I brought my own paper to print on. Since I was printing wedding invitations, I need to make sure it was perfect. I brought my own 110 lb paper & 12x12 card stock. I had a USB drive; 2 pre-sized documents (2 4x6 cards to a 8.5x11 sheet of paper) and 1 map that needed to be resized and manipulated ($5 fee) to fit the A7 invitation size. I had 75 sheets printed (BW @ $.12 each) and 1 set of 25 sheets professionally trimmed (@ $1.50 per cut). Total was under $25. The portion I didn't have professional trimmed, a industrial paper trimmer was available to use. I went to the same location a few weeks ago to print a few test pages on the 12x12 cardstock I purchased from Michaels. The gentleman (Carlos i think was his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the printing machines and how to use the Adobe software. He told me I just need to come back with the paper I wanted my invitations printed on and they could make it happen. Pro: I was able to change and resize the map as need, and made sure it was to my liking. There were test pages on white printer paper before it was printed on my invitation paper. Con: What seemed like should have been an easy print and go, became frustrating due to lack of knowledge. Nita was not very versed in the Adobe tool to resize my map or the printing equipment at her store. She got very flustered when it came to resizing the map to fit 2 to a page and creating a border around each card; calling for her colleagues help and loudly complaining she didn't know how to use the tool. Also I was assume on my previous trip that printing on the 12x12 paper wasn't going to be an issue, but Nita said that I needed to trim it down to 8.5x11. A younger associate overheard the issue and said the 12x12 page could be printed on the color copier machine. Personally I don't want to pay $1.50 cut for something that I had previously tested and printed with no issue. Per Nita's name tag, she has been with the company since 2001. If she wasn't able to print my 3 documents then it would have been better to hand it off to something who could, instead of complain about it.

The customer service was really good Nita helped me edit and print a label and it came out very…read morewell.

What this place does look like it is good for is for your inner party planner to come out and do something that's like above and beyond amazing! The type of the decorations that grace these doors are giving very Gallantines Day vibes with a pinch of Saturday morning brunch. I'm talking cocktail napkins with cheeky sayings and quirky board games, and lots of really beautiful high quality cards. Also, in the back one of their employees was very much engaged in a wedding consultation for a couple, and it was clear that they know all of the event planners in town. This place is definitely a great resource if you're willing to spend a little bit more time and energy on your creative party planning needs. I unfortunately walked out empty-handed cuz I was definitely looking for more of a down to earth Black Girl Magic vibe and well, this ain't it. That said, I will probably be back to plan my daughter's next birthday celebration.

The point is if you are visiting here to add to your stationary, wrong place. Just not a lot of stickers or pens or card stock that you may want. Lots of gift ideas. Placemats. Napkins. Some decorations. Ribbon. Bought a wooden baby toy for my 1 year old nephew. Friendly enough. Visit their new location. See if they picked up more space for more variety.

Terrible service. I came in looking for something pretty basic. Counted at least 5 employees…read moreincluding the person i suspect is he "manager" around the floor (probably 10 customers in the store tops, so not busy). Wandered around for 10 mins trying to find what I thought would be an easy item to locate. During that time I saw multiple employees who would dart by while on the phone or too "busy" even to ask if I needed help. They seemed mainly busy trying to avoid dealing with customers! Couldn't find what I came for, but went to front register to pay for two other items I had found. Nobody at front register but 3 elderly folks chatting and apparently waiting to be checked out. They waived twice towards the "service desk" (which for this store is an oxymoron). No recognition. I set my two items on the counter and left. So I'm a very tall and conspicuous guy wandering a near empty store obviously looking for something for 10 mins then trying to buy stuff and I'm not sure I was ever even noted by an employee! Somewhere this company has a board of directors having meetings to devise bold new strategies to grow their business. Maybe they should just visit their stores - if they are all like this one, the only "strategy" they need is to have managers and employees who show more than indifference towards customers! Mine was about a $200 potential sale. Imagine if they are losing 5 other folks like me per day due to staff indifference and they have 1500 stores. That is $1000 per day per store - across 1500 stores that would amount to over $500 mil per year in lost sales! Crazy! There's your growth strategy Office Depot exec team - get your store team members to actually pay attention to customers! You're welcome!

This review is for the print and copy center…read more I have ordered multiple times from the online print and copy where I pick up a day later. I have never once received a confirmation message of the order being ready but never had any issues with pickup next day. I went yesterday to pick up my order. The establishment was empty, save a few customers and 1 man waiting at the print center because it looked like the person working there had some technical difficulties. She was on the phone with what seemed like a tech person. I was waiting in line patiently until she finally asked what I needed. I said I was there to pick up. She asked if I got a confirmation saying that the order is ready. I said I didn't but asked if she could just check to see if my name was there in the filing. When orders are done, they usually set it aside in a filing area. She didn't. She just went back on the phone. It takes less than 1 minute to check to see if I had my item there. I was very tempted to go behind the counter to help troubleshoot her computer AND look for my order under my name. Yes, it should be that simple. She was on a headset, so it would not have been hard for her to maneuver and just look for my name. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location and will no longer put in any orders from here.
