On Friday 12/30 I walked into FedEx panicked that I was about to hit print on wedding invites that had a spelling/grammar error. Nina met me at the desk and immediately eased my angst. Nina explained every step in the process and provided all types of examples and expertise. She simplified things for me to understand while explaining that her start in graphic design was way before computers existed and how she can usually use simple tools like rulers to get her documents to scale. She was even willing to proof my drafts. I had such a positive customer service experience with Nina that I really won't consider printing elsewhere. Prices were totally reasonable too. We spent 47 minutes trying to get a pdf file. The attendant did not know how to get it printed from the computer to there printer. She did get it to print finally but it was the wrong page. We went through a dozen pages and never got it right. She said she would be back but disappeared. We should have learned our lesson about this store. My daughter had to ship some boxes to Miami. It took us 45 minutes to get four boxes signed in to ship through FedEx. It seemed the attendant was having a hard time figuring out how to weigh and calculate the shipping. Then another attendant came over and showed him how, that person just should have done it then. Still he had problems, then the other attendant came back and did everything the first attendant did. It took over 45 minutes for a 15 minute job. This place had a habit of giving poor service. I am not going to give them a third chance. read more

Make sure to keep all your receipts and records. Send a simple $10 usb drive to a friend. I was charged $11.03 for shipping. After multiple phone calls because the package was stuck in transit. I called to place a trace but the customer service representative told me to file a claim. I told the representative that if the package was lost just refund me the cost of shipping. Which is $11.03. The representative said no that it will take weeks to investigate the claim. I told the representative that I didn't have a receipt for usb drive so just refund my $11.03. The representative said no that the investigation will take weeks. So I had call my bank to reverse the charge. read more

Went to get passport photos taken and asked if they could also print and ship our applications that we did through fedex online. FedEx says it can print and ship on their website. The woman who helped us lied and said that they're not allowed to print applications. The other employee in the background was smirking because she knew she was lying. read more

Went to this location at 4:30pm with my ole lady to get some items shipped (groomsman and bridesmaids gifts) and told Nita that these items were FRAGILE. She continued to help us in what seemed like I'm ready to go home kind of mood. Following the process she handled the box with no care to it being labeled FRAGILE when flipping the box and also when placing the box on the counter area with the other boxes. Went in yesterday to ship three same size heavy boxes. Had already weighed and checked on shipping prices online before going in. When we got there, I was told three times that amount!!! Left and went to another Fed Ex location and was given the correct amount to ship boxes. This place doesn't know what they are doing, and will way over charge you! read more

Went in this morning to use the printer, the man that was working seemed really grumpy. I asked for help being as i've never printed something at fedex before. I also forgot my card at home so I couldn't do the printandgo option. The only other option I had was to send it to the counter & have them print it. Well the man seemed very displeased at this fact & instead of helping me & doing his job he just walked away, so I left. Overall the experience was okay and I got what I went in for. If you are getting anything printed that needs to be altered or manipulated, make sure to get someone that is experience in their software and printer equipment. While the job got done in what seems like hours and I left feeling annoyed and frustrated with service. Nita greeted my fiance and I when we walked into the store. She asked what we needed help with and proceeded to help with the invitations I need printed. I had 3 documents that needed printing and I brought my own paper to print on. Since I was printing wedding invitations, I need to make sure it was perfect. I brought my own 110 lb paper & 12x12 card stock. I had a USB drive; 2 pre-sized documents (2 4x6 cards to a 8.5x11 sheet of paper) and 1 map that needed to be resized and manipulated ($5 fee) to fit the A7 invitation size. I had 75 sheets printed (BW @ $.12 each) and 1 set of 25 sheets professionally trimmed (@ $1.50 per cut). Total was under $25. The portion I didn't have professional trimmed, a industrial paper trimmer was available to use. I went to the same location a few weeks ago to print a few test pages on the 12x12 cardstock I purchased from Michaels. The gentleman (Carlos i think was his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the printing machines and how to use the Adobe software. He told me I just need to come back with the paper I wanted my invitations printed on and they could make it happen. Pro: I was able to change and resize the map as need, and made sure it was to my liking. There were test pages on white printer paper before it was printed on my invitation paper. Con: What seemed like should have been an easy print and go, became frustrating due to lack of knowledge. Nita was not very versed in the Adobe tool to resize my map or the printing equipment at her store. She got very flustered when it came to resizing the map to fit 2 to a page and creating a border around each card; calling for her colleagues help and loudly complaining she didn't know how to use the tool. Also I was assume on my previous trip that printing on the 12x12 paper wasn't going to be an issue, but Nita said that I needed to trim it down to 8.5x11. A younger associate overheard the issue and said the 12x12 page could be printed on the color copier machine. Personally I don't want to pay $1.50 cut for something that I had previously tested and printed with no issue. Per Nita's name tag, she has been with the company since 2001. If she wasn't able to print my 3 documents then it would have been better to hand it off to something who could, instead of complain about it. read more

There is nothing particularly good or bad to say about this place. I think the biggest thing that can be stated is that this place was open on the Saturday of memorial day weekend. Hooray! Wow called ahead about printing services was told 4 to 8 hours and dropped off on Wednesday it was Friday before my work was done ok I go in and it takes 4 employees including store manager to check me out Nora was friendly and thankfully Alvin able to fix the the problem but it took over 45 minutes to check out ridiculous read more

Shout out to Alvin and the team who made sure to get our print order right as soon as possible! Five stars for customer service. He and the team went above and beyond to correct an error. Going back to the beginning of what happened, he helped me place a print order with an outside source to save money. When it came back, they let me know it was not double sided and that they would work to have it fixed as soon as possible. I was fully expected to have to wait at least another week for that to come in. Two days later it's done! And you know why? Because they unfolded all of the menus (1000 of them wow) and reprinted the missing side on their own printer. They refolded them. Everything looks great! Will never go to Staples because FedEx has superior customer service. Thanks again! read more

Awful customer service. Will never go back. I asked for help printing some items and the woman working was too busy to help me and just shrugged her solders and said yeah I don't know. I'm so upset with being treated like that. What I needed to print wasn't hard and she was so ugly and rude. Do yourself a favor go someone else for your printing needs. read more

Very unfriendly customer service. Went in to have a photo enlarged. My sisters and I waited for 10-15 minutes before being helped. We were literally ignored!! Although several employees walked past us. One employee was sitting at the counter as we waited to be helped. Without asking if we needed help or indicating that someone would be with us shortly, the employee left the desk and walked to back of the store. Eventually, an African American employee asked if we had been helped. We did get the enlarged picture and it was satisfactory. Unfortunately, this left a bitter taste in my mouth after been treated this negligently. Shoppers beware, we may not have lots of money to spend, but we should spend it wisely and where we are treated with courtesy and respect. I will not shop at this FedEX location again. I had the absolute worst experience at this location last night. I went in to have several booklets made of study material. I had the PDFs downloaded to a thumbdrive, with the pages in the order they needed to be printed, and in separate folders for the separate booklets. When I came in, one of the employees had to ask another employee who was standing behind the counter now assisting anyone to help me. When that gentleman came up, he was the assistant manager, Mark. When I told him what I wanted done, plugged in my thumbdrive and was looking through the PDF files. He informed me that it would be very difficult. I explained that instead of multiple different booklets, just one booklet would suffice. He then told me that wouldn't make it any easier for him. As I stood there a few minutes longer as he looked through the files, as if confused on how to print and bind the pages in a book, I informed him that I would just take my thumbdrive and print it at home since it was going to be overly difficult for them. He stared at me in shock at my request for my thumbdrive back, and I repeated again that I would just print all my documents at home since it would be too difficult for him. When he finally gave me my thumbdrive back, there was no apology or anything. He just said OK, and went back to his previous spot behind the counter. I went here specifically because I had used several other Kinkos locations in the past with lots of success on the exact same type of printing needs. Not this time though... I took my business to Office Depot, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they told me my request would be simple and done in 24 hours. They were also about $5 less expensive than Kinkos. I will not be back to Kinkos in the future... Especially if this is the type of costumer service an assistant manager provides... So disappointed. read more

If you have shipping, fax, or any office concerns they more than likely will be able to help you out. Customer service can lack at times as these places tend to be understaffed. Other than that it has just about everything you can need from a supply and office business stand point. read more

Both self service printers would not print my JPG image, after I selected my image and set my print number it sat for about a minute before a warning popped up telling me to find an associate because it has failed to print. I went up to the main desk to ask for help. He first said I should have made my image a PDF file. I quickly pointed out that the first image on the display reads supports JPG format. I gave him my thumb drive and asked if he could print them here since both printers failed. Next he explained the price per print since I was using the full service desk (which as much higher). I asked him if I could get the same pricing ask the self serve printers. He replied if I wanted to get that price I would have to go up front to the self serve machines... What!? Are you serious! I don't think this guy cared or was even listening. I asked to talk to the manager, but it was he said he already left for the day 1:40pm. I ended up going to the UPS Store on NW Maynard Rd. It was 20 cents cheaper copy and the person on staff was amazing. read more
