He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). They sent two plumbers and I was ok with the $105 diagnosis charge. I was actually ok when they told me their charge for 2 was $350 per hour. What I didn't understand was a minimum of 1 hour. It ended up costing over $ 500 for a less than half hour job. It bothered me a lot and I called the next day to tell them how I felt about it. No call back from manager. No future business from me.
