Technician left the gate wide open. After they left we put our dog outside and she got out…read more Luckily we were able to get her back after awhile. Checked the cameras and the tech had opened the gate to come in left it open while he sprayed. Don't have video of him leaving but the gate was in the exact position when I went outside as it was on the video. Our eight year old son had a meltdown thinking it was his fault that he didn't check the gate. Called to explain our issue and was told they would make a note in the system to close the gate from now on. Figured that was day one stuff that should be gone over with all employees entering people's property. Great service, but you might lose a dog. We cancelled our service.

Small company but great results and they can and will educate you to preventatives and how pesticides work. Also we have five pets and they made sure no harm would come to them and even noticed we had messed up a left dog food out and got it out before treatment.
