The first time I used his service on my washer it took him 2 visits just to attached the drain hose properly. This time I had him replace the ice maker on my fridge, now just a few weeks later again it doesn't work, and he tells me I have to pay again for him to come out to repair what he should have installed correctly the first time. Furthermore since the day he messed around with the ice maker installation my fridge has been freezing all my food. do yourself a favour and don't waist your time and money!!!!!!

Paid to have them come in and service my washing machine. Told them the issue was with the locking mechanism in the lid and provided the make and model. They came out without the parts jerry rigged it. Called it fixed for now charged me $100 dollars and said they could order the parts and come back and repair it. In other words charge me the labour and time again when they had the info to order the parts the first time. By the way it did not even run a cycle After it was " fixed for now". Very shady.

He didn't have the proper paper work for warranty or insurance for me to sign. I asked him to come back 30 min after he left, to look at my washer machine - he was going to charge me the same amount for a 15 min job. It took 15 min for him to fix my drier and that's counting the arrival time. To pay another $170 on the same day, AFTER I told him my washer needed to be looked at when he was here is ridiculous. When I told him something was wrong with my washer machine, he told me to continue using it if the clothes were coming out clean. Cost $60 for service plus $110 to repair plus parts. When I got a little irritated with him he told me he wished he had charged me more money plus he told me I didn't know what it took for a repairmen to come out to do the work. Not the first time I had something repaired in my house. I gave 2 stars because my drier now works.
