The cat selection at this Hollywood feed is EXTREMELY limited. It's turning into a dog store with a small penance of cat items. Dog toys, dog treats, and dog food abound on multiple shelves throughout the entire store, tho the cat items are limited to an end cap. Very disappointing. The cat area that they had was also very empty, with half the area empty and missing items. That being said, the staff was super friendly and helpful, as helpful as they can be finding an item that doesn't exist in the store. They were happy to oblige my wife's many questions, of course the staff was elated to see a rare Scottish Kilt/Persian kitten in the store. They took pictures and such, it was actually a pleasant interaction.

The new groomer is not as good as the one before. Also very petty and penny pinching. My dog had to go to the emergency room and missed her grooming appointment and they charged a $20 no show fee. Which it's not the point of the $20 (I have it it's not an issue) it's the point that I've patronized the business for years and given no consideration for my dog being too sick to come for grooming.

I try and get her groomed quarterly along with her teeth brushed, nails trimmed, and filed. I set up my appointment by the internet, where I logged onto the user-friendly website and filled out the questionnaire, and selected what I would like to be done on a la carte style menu. I went ahead and chose a full bath and haircut with the FURminator that takes away the loose hair strainds on dogs that shed and is very common in Pembroke Welsh Corgis. If you are a first-time guest bringing in your beloved pet, you have the option of uploading their rabbies vaccine online or simply bringing it in when you get service because this is a requirement for service. Along the front of Petsmart, there is ample parking provided due to being in a large shopping center. They even have a grass filled area with doggy bags provided in the front to let your friend go to the restroom before or after service. As I walked her in and headed back to where the grooming salon was, I was greeted promptly and was told they would give me a call in about 3 hours when she is done. In roughly 3 hours, the service was complete, and I headed back to pick her up, and she was looking magnificent! She smelt good, and her fur was nicely trimmed as well as her nails. They always do such a wonderful job getting her to look and smell her best even though she might not always like it, but it's what is best for her. Overall, Petsmart does such a wonderful job on grooming services, and I would have it no other way. That's why I take her to get groomed every 3 months to keep her beauty and hygiene at her best. The staff is very professional and they definitely have a passion for animals and it shows! The prices are fair, and the quality is impeccable! Currently right now they are running a new customer promotion that scores great discounts along with treats and snacks.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the staff. I let them know I was here for a self-dog wash and the young gentleman walked me to where the magic happens in the back right corner of the shop. I was told there's a basic wash as well as an upgraded wash where you are allowed to use specialty shampoos and conditioners as well as brush and combs for your four-legged friend. I went ahead and chose the upgrade since I didn't have any brushes on me baby girl loves to shed so I had to put in some extra work and brush out all the dead hair while washing her. Using the self-wash was as easy as 1, 2, and 3 as to where you simply put your dog in the leash provided and get to washing! I got to experiment with all the different shampoos and conditioners as well as the brushes and everything went great and easier than I expected. There was many different shampoos and conditioners to use from de shedding shampoo to a relaxing night shampoo and many more. The blow dryer worked great and wasn't too noisy and got the job done. Overall Wag n Wash lived up to the name and my baby girl was smelling fresher than ever with a lovely spa day. Her coat was as soft as a pillow and was happy as could be. This is with an appointment earlier in the day. I was never happy about this. Well, no more. We're thrilled with the process at Bubbles and Bows here in our new home of Mansfield. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. They completed Tinker's groom in about 2 hours and she got to lounge in a special area with other groomed dogs afterwards. When we picked her up, she seemed to be in great spirits and not stressed. Yes, we paid a premium here vs our old place in Weatherford but we feel the stress reduction for Tinker, not waiting in a cage all day to be groomed is worth it. We've already made our next appointment.
