One suggestion he made that really stood out was to gather music from the family ahead of time, especially for the Filipino folk dances, so everything would flow seamlessly during the celebration. He dealt with our "wedding brain" back-and-forth on a few decisions with grace and patience; he also didn't try to pressure us into any additional items or services (though his list of offerings is massive!). We aren't even asking for our money back that we paid half the amount that was due. We canceled 8 months in advance due to a life event and the owner is saying he will destroy our credit and put the money owed to a collection company. Within the contract he will charge you a late fee and then compounding interest so the amount grows and grows. We didn't even use his service and still is doing this to us. HE told me "my generation" doesn't abide to contracts, yet he won't send us the contract that shows we have even signed anything.
