The dispatcher on duty didn't seem to care that I had waited all day for a scheduled tow. I would not use this company for anything. They don't care, and they constantly just make up a time just to try to get off the phone.

We were prepared to pay, but the guy insisted they were "cash only," which violates NY consumer law. When we pushed back, he said we had to wait for the owner Michael G. Davis. When he arrived he ALSO said "Cash Only" but again we clearly knew our rights and he THEN stated we could pay by card if we signed extensive paperwork. When we agreed, the card reader magically "stopped working." Multiple families were dealing with the same setup. There was a man in a legitimate spot! But Michael was telling him he isn't allowed in the lot! This feels predatory... this is intentional. After I posted a Google review, not sure how Michael did it... maybe changed the phone number on their account so the review wouldn't show? Not sure but It shows up as a place in Atlanta now..
