They replaced all the bad wood trim and window sills with PVC to end that issue and replaced much of the old masonite siding with Hardie plank. They even rebuilt our deck! Once that was done, they painted everything with two coats of quality paint. They crew were professional, polite, and efficient. We could not be more pleased with our results! To which I responded, you can provide me a monetary solution but I am not changing my review. Now for a current update 2/3/2020 (two weeks after initial work was done) Because of this companies inability to listen, they are still causing issues for me. I had a hole in my bathroom wall from a broken sink ripped off the wall by other contractors. I specifically told Matrix's CEO Ryan, and his guys, not to patch it up, but paint around it, as the contractors coming right fix it will need to do it. They patched it up anyways, like it was some favor for me. Today the contractors came out to install the sink and they couldn't because they couldn't see how the wall was supported. Now they'll have to come out at a later date to put a hole in the wall to install the proper support, since they couldn't see it from being patched up by Matrix. Matrix wasted theirs and my time by doing that, and now wasting my money because I have to take off more work.
