When I asked for one nobody would ever give me one. Karl Chevrolet from my experience is all about their customers. When I got tired of waiting for the back order def tank, they brought my truck on a flatbed to Nebraska and picked up their loner. I couldn't get over there to get my truck so they made a another great customer care decision for me and didn't charge me a dime.
