Last year, a perfect job was done installing body side moldings on a new Mazda CX5. That same car brushed under a tree branch (oops) and scratches resulted on the roof. Fortunately a staff member rendered an opinion that the scratches could possibly be removed by using a liquid lacquer. And, he did what was needed, easily. Wow, was I impressed. The vehicle was drivable just needed pulled off of the snow. When M&K (Harundale Towing) showed up and I asked them if they could tow it to my repair shop I was told that they would, for 350.00 cash no card only cash. I refused and M&K not only impounded my daughters car, they pulled it onto the bed of the tow truck while the car was still in park. I would have paid if they were not demanding cash. This company seems predatory to ask a 17 year old for 350. cash on the side of the road. I picked up the vehicle the next morning about 13 hours after they towed it an they had already stacked on a 60.00 storage fee. I would highly recommend using another tow company that does not damage vehicles and takes advantage of people.

Communication was pretty decent anytime I would text for an update I would get one within a few minutes. The value was pretty solid too my cost to have 4 calipers repainted, new stickers put on (that I provided) and powder coating the wheels was right around $1,100 with the 15% special and I paid cash. The wheels look very nice with very minimal "flaws" the wheels were old and black and beat up but now look very clean. Also though they had the car for a week (waiting on the powder coating to arrive) during the winter it was as clean when I picked it up as when I dropped it off. This is the second time I've used rim doctor with the first repairing some nasty curb rash from a valet and the wheels look very came out looking brand new.

On 4/25/24 was the first time I took my 2012 VW Jetta to this place to have my A C. checked. From…read morethe guy at the front counter checking me to the office manager Morgan was so welcoming and nicemy cost was a certain amount for checking my A C. for leaks, and a recharge with freon and when finished I left happy that my A.C. was now working and the service was great. 5/14/24 I called and spoke with Morgan regarding my A C. was not putting out alot of cool blowing air and he suggested to bring it back in at no charge. The same afternoon I took my car back to them and the Tech looked for any leaks or other issues but all looked good, Morgan wanted to check my cabin filter inside my car and when he pulled it out he noticed it had been put in wrong by the last place that had changed my oil which was Jiffy Lube. They had crushed it when the tech at Jiffy lube took it out and put it back in. Morgan at Ft Meade auto center ask if I could go buy a Cabin Filter and bring it back to him and he will put the new one in the correct way and he did just that and my A.C. has been putting out much cooler air, im 100% satisfied and will recommend this place to everyone.

I took my daughter's car to Miles as a second opinion: The first body shop we went to had said the…read moreroof had to be replaced, as it could not be repaired (during high winds, tree branches heavy enough fell onto and dented/banged up the roof). As the idea of cutting off the roof and also replacing the air bag clips as a result did not sit well with either my daughter or me, we decided to try Miles which we had used before (we had gone to the other body shop first, because it was much more convenient geographically to us; plus, it was recommended by our insurance company). I'm so glad we took it to Miles, because they were able to repair the roof and avoid messing with the airbag clips, and they did a great job. They also repaired for free (popped out) a big dent in the bumper/lower trunk area which was discovered shortly before taking it to Miles (mysterious how that dent got there) and therefore not covered under any insurance claim. That was really generous of Chris/Miles Body Shop to offer and provide this extra repair at no charge. Chris was flexible on our picking up the car and was cleaning it when we came by. They handled the insurance claim on their side as well. The car looks great, and as said before, we're so very happy to have taken the car to Miles Body Shop! (Note: Always get to Miles after turning on to Pine Ave (at the light), which the GPS might not always direct you to. Accessing it from Route 1 will get you trapped in a parking lot full of cars).
