I ended up taking the vehicle to Baltimore Beamer. They provided me with the wrong coils, which I presented to Nathan and he did reimburse me for them. I you can't work on a certain vehicle, don't work on it at all !!! I also understand they have a problem obtaining right parts ? What the hell does that even mean ?Terrible. I have spent thousands of dollars here throughout the years. Never again, I'm telling my family and friends in the neighborhood.

They told me when I dropped off the car it would be $127 so I said no problem. When I returned it magically went up to $192! I pointed out I have gotten my car serviced many times at the dealer (2017 car) and not once have they broke it. No response. They claimed they replaced it "with a better one." So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I know they were price gouging me and I don't appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot.
