Purchased a new tire that went flat 2 days later and they refused to replace the tire. They fixed it and it started loosing air again a few weeks later. We were told they cleaned the wrong tire and they still refused to replace the tire with a new tire even after speaking to management. Horrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Ended up coming here after having a tire leak, waited about an hour to get in, after looking at it they concluded it was a nail in the tire and said they patched it. The next day i started having the same problem so I took it to a tire only shop that found a crack in the wheel and the tire had not been patched nor was there a nail. Wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Dropped my car off for an oil change at 8 am and was told it would be done by 1 pm. It is now 6 pm and my car still is not finished. I have been waiting for over an hour after getting off work. Ridiculous. If you need an oil change, you are better off doing it yourself than trusting this place to do it. I called Friday about a nail in my tire and they asked if i wanted to come in that day or the day after. I said Saturday works and I said anytime so he said 2pm. I come in at 2 and dude tells me they don't have any time for me today. They told me to go to Firestone and then they told me they cant fix it and to get a new tire. I brought it to a 3rd shop and after 4 hours of driving around and waiting, they pulled the nail out which was just the butt end of nail and no air even came out. And they are amazing at taking care of my vehicle no matter how bruised up she gets from my adventures! The cost/price is always a better value than other places I've tried in the past. Bought tires through website and had them shipped to the shop on 144th and center. Dropped off at 9 AM and by 4PM car was still not done so will have to bring back another day to do alignment. When I went to pick the car up, I had grease mess all over the tires and my rims, no attempt to clean up or shine any of the tires... also had 2 deep scratches put into two separate rims that will now need to be fixed. Only gave 2 stars because the manager made his employee go out and "clean" off the mess (still didn't do a good job at that) and told me that they would pay to have the rims powder coated at a later date. Went in on a Tuesday and waited an hour and a half, just to be told that they can't help me that day and to come back the next. Come in the next day at 10 in the morning, just to be told again that they can't get me in. Also had to wait 10-15 to be helped. Brought two different tires here on two different cars in two different years. Both had nails in the tire. Both times they refused to repair it and tried to sell me a new tire. I bought my car less than a month ago. Had to bring in my car because there was loud noise coming from my rear driver side tire. Nick informed me that it was my brake pads grinding into my rotor. Someone told me I should reach out to the dealership that I purchased my car because they might be liable for the repairs. Long story short, the crew here has been extremely helpful and I'm very grateful for that. I really couldn't have been happier with my experience at tires plus. I noticed that my low tire pressure alert was on when I started up my car. I stopped by to see if they could check the tire pressure for me and found out that I had picked up a staple somewhere on the road. They said it was fixable, and that they could get started right away. It only cost me 20 bucks to get a patch and some air, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Friendly prompt service all the way. I'm hoping I don't have to go back but if I do, I know they'll take care of me. read more

I had been needing new tires for over a year and finally broke down and started shopping around online. I checked prices at Walmart, Costco, the Toyota dealership and Tires Plus, and for the quality, Tires Plus by far had the best price (they were running a sale and it ended up being almost $70 cheaper than Walmart for a set of 4, good quality tires). I was able to shop around online, compare tires/prices, make my selection, and after seeing an estimate of what my total cost would be for the tires and installation (AKA no hidden fees), schedule my appointment online. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for 6 pm that Friday. I ended up being early by about 30 minutes and they had no problem getting me in right away. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and, most importantly, the bill I got was exactly what the online estimate had been, down to the penny. They offered me a warranty, which I declined, and that was the end of that. I didn't feel pressured to buy the warranty or any other unnecessary services or upgrades. The annoying sales tactics at a lot of car places is a huge pet peeve of mine, so they get major bonus points for not engaging it that. Since they close at 7 pm, I anticipated that I would drop my car off and pick it up the following day. When I went to confirm this with the woman at the front counter, she stated they had planned on getting it done that night, but I could pick it up the next day if I preferred. My husband and I decided to wait and just hung out in the area for an hour and a half. We called to check the status after about an hour (we were still really skeptical they were going to be able to install the tires in an hour and 15 minutes) and were told it would be ready around 7. We arrived at 7 and it was done within 5 minutes, which actually meant the mechanic and front desk woman stayed a little late to accommodate us. I have been driving on the tires for a few weeks and am very happy with the quality of the tires and have had no issues thus far. If you are shopping for new tires or need any other car services they offer, I would definitely recommend this place. Good quality and great service! read more

I blew a tire about a month ago and at 5pm it's nearly impossible to find a place to get it replaced and repaired. I thought I'd have to call into work and wait until the next day to get it fixed. Then I found this place! I called as the last resort, and with 30 minutes left in their day they fixed it in less than that, and didn't overcharge. They're following CDC guidelines perfectly, and allowing one person to come in with a mask for payment. Staff was friendly and quick. Definitely recommend this place! read more

The "Low Tire Pressure" light always gives me a sinking feeling; especially when I'm just 10 miles into a business trip from Omaha to North Platte- ugh! Do I go around and fill each tire up with air and hope I don't have a blow out at the Minden exit or get it checked out? Being on the cautious side, I went for the latter. A "free tire inspection" banner greeted me as I pulled in. Glad to see that! Nick greeted me and after explaining my situation he said it wouldn't take too long. They were friendly and helpful. Very slow normally I go to discount tire but they were closed. I went to get a flat repaired but needed a new tire. My car had a spare and instead of putting the spare away they just threw it in the trunk. 30 seconds of a little above and beyond would have turned this into a 5 star review. read more

This review is only inteded for thus specific tires plus locations. I live an hour away and it is suppose to snow the day after, I called after realizing one of my tires was bad. They squeezed me in to replace two tires between their appointments and we're very friendly and helpful. They didn't make me feel like I was inconviencing them by asking a question and they didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need and didn't ask for. Service was fast and friendly and they applied the discounts and coupons without me asking or knowing about them. read more

Just an update...I wrote this manager/owner as HE requested to try to resolve this. Never heard back from him. Still steering others clear of this place. Never go to a tire store that puts the wrong size tires on your car and tells you it's ok. It's NOT OK! This is their business and they can't seem to do it right. read more

The last time ever going to Tireplus for me was back in February. I went in for them to look at my tires, get an oil change, and an all over check to make sure everything was good to go before a road trip. They found beading problems on three of my tires and "fixed" them. Within the next week, I had to go back TWICE for them to fix the tires again because they missed something. Then, I go on my vacation and in the middle of the Grand Canyon find that ALL of my oil leaked out through a stripped oil pressure sensor. That may not have been something they checked that day, but I've been going to Tiresplus for years and the last time they would have taken that off they should have noticed how obviously stripped it was. Now fast forward a few months.. I get a phone call from them telling me they "might have put the wrong oil in" during my last oil change in February. Well, it was too late anyways since all of that oil leaked out on my road trip. Like I said.. I'll be going somewhere else from here on out. read more

Beware when you come here when they advertise sales. They advertised buy 3 tires get 1 free. Then we got the quote on internet, brought that in to get my 4 tires. They said it was the wrong tire, so the tires were going to cost about an extra $80 altogether. So fine, said we'll go with it. Then after getting the tires on, they said our van needed an alignment. That didn't seem right as the van was checked within the last couple months when we got an oil change elsewhere, and was told the van was aligned. This appeared to be a scam so was going to back out of the alignment and get it elsewhere for cheaper if need be (as they were going to charge $80 for an alignment!). However, the tires rep said if we don't do the alignment, they will not warranty the tires that we just got. So then it was extortion, we had to pay the $80 for an alignment! Walked out of there paying a whole lot more than planned. Their sale was a joke. Should've gone to Walker Tire - they offer road hazard, free oil changes and tire rotations for life, etc. read more
