This was especially frustrating because my tenants were left without AC during extremely hot weather. I understand that HVAC issues can be unpredictable, but the lack of communication, follow-up, and availability when the system failed so soon after the repair was disappointing. We appreciate that they were willing to send someone out the same day, but the visit ultimately was a complete waste of everyone's time. The technician arrived around 9:30 p.m. without a flashlight, tools to check for a leak, or the basic equipment needed to properly diagnose the issue. After attempting to assess the situation, he called his supervisor, but ultimately we were not given any useful information at all. There was no clear diagnosis, no explanation of what was wrong, and not even a quote or estimate for any type of repair. We would have much preferred to simply be told that someone could come out the following day and have a properly equipped and knowledgeable technician sent to evaluate the problem. Sending someone out who is not prepared to diagnose the issue does not help the customer and only wastes everyone's time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be using this company again and cannot recommend their services.

Mark of Excellence is Lennox Certified and provides the documentation needed for Lennox to honor their warranty if work is needed. So many service Providers do not have the proper manufacturer certifications needed to keep factory warranties effective.
