I have made online appointments twice and delivered my car the night before to make sure it was on time to be serviced. TWICE they don't take the car back until late afternoon. This time I called at 1pm to get an update was told "i have no idea and I will call you when I have an update" no call back! So called at 3pm left a voicemail and again no call back. Called at 4p to find out that they had just taken the car back at 3pm. This was for an appointment at 8am. No oil change, no service to the warning light for the parking assist NOTHING! This was even for a car bought at the dealership!! Buyer beware you might get a deal but service is totally garbage!! I wont ever buy a Bob Johnson car again just because of the service!! read more

I purchased a 3 year old used car in December from these guys. After putting ~5000 miles on it I noticed a squeaking/grinding noise coming from the rear brakes. I took it to my mechanic and he said the rear brakes were metal on metal. I contacted Bob Johnson Leroy's sales and service department about having them cover the cost of replacing the parts. They were dodgy and didn't really believe that they had screwed up. If they had done the proper pre sale inspection like they advertise, this problem wouldn't have happened. This dealership is the worst I've ever been too. The sales person was great when I bought my truck. Then it came in for service a month later because I heard an exhaust leak. They call me a week later and tell me it's done and ready to come pick up. So I leave my home from Buffalo to come pick it up and I get there and I can still hear the exaust leak and my engine light was on when it wasn't before. Then they chose to tell me this is policy and all that. I will never ever ever bring my truck here again I'd rather pay someone to work on my truck atleast i know that they will do a good job unlike this place. Also while I was there I seen them placing tools on the roof of peoples vehicles while they were working on it....I never do reviews because i know people barely look at them but this is how mad I am this is the worst service I have ever been giving in my entire life. Oh and when. You go to pick up your truck after service they hand you your keys and tell you it's somewhere in the back lot have a nice day. read more

If you're looking for a Chevy dealership to fix your vehicle go somewhere else this shop will keep your vehicle for over two weeks not knowing what the problem is and when you finally get your vehicle back it's going to come home with new scratches that their techs won't own up to and their mechanics throwing the parts cannon at. My fiancee was straight out told by a service writer that the shop put in a part without the service manager knowing to see if it would fix the problem and if it did fix the issue she would have to come back and pay for it (which is no issue) but if she didn't that the police would be called for theft. Not good. Car salesmen need to realize the importance of EVERY transaction they have with a person visiting their showroom. Regardless of the reason for the visit - service, new/used sale, or in my case, sale of a used vehicle - the transaction sets the tone for a possible future sale. My family is looking to purchase a luxury SUV next year and although we prefer to shop local, we will purchase from another dealer where our time will be more valued. read more

I was never given my $50.00 bonus for sending them a customer (I regret doing so). my husband bought his dream truck from bob johnson's three weeks ago. got the truck home, and within a week the passenger door didn't lock/unlock. they refused to answer phone calls from us for days, until we finally got in touch with a supervisor. truck got fixed, only for us to realize they never got the registration squared away. and once again, they refuse to answer phone calls. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service area and shown to a very comfortable waiting area. The waiting area provided wi-fi, TV and coffee. When my vehicle service was completed I was again greeted and shown to my vehicle that had just been washed which I thought was a very classy way to send a customer off in a freshly washed vehicle. I took my two year old and right away they found toys for him and removed, installed the car seat for my test drives. I told him I had a budget and could not go over in price. Shawn Steed was excellent every step of the way! If I needed a test drive and the kids were napping Shawn bought the car to my house. I was impressed that the manager would not sell me a used car with a big scratch on it. They had the car bumper repainted and looking new. While the van was in the shop Shawn drove a brand new Traverse to my house for a rental. They also got a killer rate for my loan.
