The car buying experience was a bit of a mixed bag…read more The good: The saleman was very curtious and easy to talk to. The dealership was clean and seemed like an efficient operation. The price I paid was fair. I didn't get a good price for my trade but that's because the resale value of used EV's is awful right now. Most of the transaction was performed via email and text messages, this didn't seem to be an issue. The not so good: When I tried to correspond, replys to my messages were very slow and the responses were sometimes vague. I made an appointment to close the deal and ended up waiting for over an hour to talk to the salesman, I was on a tight timetable and had a long drive to dealership. The final part of the transaction was rushed as they were closing. One of the financial guys came up to me after all the paperwork was filled out and said they needed an extra $500. This is the third time a dealer has tried to squeeze another $500 out at the last minute.

RUN from this business. PLEASE. And please read this review. These people are scam artists. I was…read morepregnant with our third a year ago and we had very limited options as we are in the process of improving our credit. They were very friendly upon arrival, we only qualified for a Chrysler Pacifica which isn't really what we wanted but again, fine. The Pacifica we drove was decent. I pointed out the minivan on the website had way different features than the one we test drove, and it said it would be a different color. The salesman didn't even look into it. Told me that the one we test drove was the correct one, that they must've mislabeled the website. We buy it, drive it off and are driving it about a week or two. They call us and tell us the van we are driving isn't the van we bought and we have to return it and take home the correct van. What??? They tell us "oh don't worry, the one you ACTUALLY bought is super nice, way better than the one you accidentally took home!" BULL. We didn't have many options as again, I was pregnant with our third and our only other vehicle was a civic. So we really needed the space and second vehicle. We get the "new"van. Immediately we notice it is NOT as nice as the other one we thought we bought and test drove. We tell them that. The side mirror was broken (still is a year later since they wouldn't fix it for us), they promised us a second key fob, didn't get that. What we did get was a ten dollar gift card to a gas station, a super rickety feeling minivan, and problem upon problem. Oh goody! Today, one year later, I notice the seat is completely broken. The seat my FIVE MONTH OLD was sitting in because I didn't notice it had broken until I was taking her out. All the levers somehow broke. Completely broken. I seriously have NO idea how this happens, the only thing holding the seat upright was her car seat. Awesome. I'm in shambles. It feels so shady. There's no way that they all just broke. We looked into it online and it really seems like some cheap fix was attempted at some point (with all the other issues on this thing I wouldn't be surprised) and their fix didn't hold up. I'm livid.

Andre B. and his assistant Jake were very helpful. We were able to secure two leases with no down payments. They covered my lease fees and remaining payments, and Andre was able to work the numbers so I'm even paying a few dollars less than I was paying beforehand. Andre gave me his personal cell number to contact him with any questions or needs. Overall very pleased with our experience and Andre's no-nonsense approach to our sales experience. Nobody wants to be finoodled and jerked around and I did not feel that way at all while conversing with him. We haven't had any service done here yet, but I can say our sales/leasing process was a 5 star experience.

Every single time somebody touched the key whether it was in a pocket or on a belt. I've had to have a key replaced there before and when I went up there they told me there was a guy that came every Tuesday and that's how I got my key replaced. That was 2 years ago. So my mom took the key up here and told him what was going on. They said it'll be $200. We'll see if we diagnose it and they didn't say anything about keeping the car. So 3 days went by. My mom had to call them to see what was up. They said it was going to be $400 to get her a new key. I told her that was ridiculous. I could find her a guy to do it. We did end up finding a guy here on Yelp. My dad went up to pick up the key and they flat out. Told him about the guy that comes every Tuesday. I know that dealerships are notorious for not giving women lots of respect or not treating them well but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Come to find out it was a flaw in the engine design. My guess is the mechanics had to know what the issue was and the dealership just kept it quiet to their unsuspecting customers. Stupid me I actually went back to get some minor issue to get fixed. I had an appointment on a Saturday. Left the car with them the whole day. When I went to pick it up they did not take care of the issue. Why? I was told that I was a walk in for that day. I said NO I made an appointment. Another service rep looked it up and said "oh yeah you're right that is our mistake...Sorry." "DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT BUY OF THESE SUB PAR Vehicles." I waited to give this review for 2 years because I was so angry I couldn't right it before this without swearing every other word written. Way to go Matthews it looks like you're treating many of your customers the same. At least you're consistent.

This review is about the sister dealership (Roc E-Z Auto) and the only reason it's getting to stars…read moreis because Ralph was a sweetheart and was very patient with this entire series of issues. I bought my car in November of '24... was extremely happy about it! And then the check engine light came on 6 months later... I took it into a mechanic that is highly trusted and was told that I had multiple leaks and that my ball joint was one good pothole away from my tire flying off. They said for everything they found wrong with my car, it should never have been sold to me. Now. I trust my mechanic. But I wanted to be sure and I got a second opinion. Cue me taking my car to ridgeview motors. They said they have never seen my car before (mind you. This place is a sister company to Summit view and Ridgeview. Same owner) at that shop. And even the mechanic at Ridgeview told me the car never should have been sold to me. Fast forward to after all of that got done and paying out of my own pocket. Check engine light still hasn't gone off. So I had a diagnostic check run on it... and the code coming back is a catalytic converter bank one code. I call them AGAIN and ask what was going on. Because at this point I'm irate that I bought a $12k car that I'm ending up spending the equivalent of my down payment in repairs on... I told them I wanted to speak with the owner because this is ridiculous. Ball joints and a cat converter don't go within 6 months to a year on a freshly inspected car! And since it was outside of the requirements for me to enact the lemon law, I wanted something to be done for the fact that I was sold a faulty car! I went into Summit View and asked to speak to the owner or whoever was in charge and Steve (the manager at the time) told me that the owner would get in contact with me in a few days. It is now December of 2025 (6 months after I was told the owner would get in touch with me) and I have not heard a single thing from the owner. I was also told that the owner would refrain from contacting me for as long as possible just so that everything that's wrong wouldn't be covered by a warranty and he wouldn't have to pay or fix anything. With the amount of money I spent in repairs already, I'm contemplating suing this location or even the owner directly because I was sold this car under the implication that it was able to pass inspection and I wouldn't have to do anything in terms of repairs which is a form of fraud! This is beyond ridiculous and I absolutely do not advise anyone to buy from Roc EZ EVER...! Honestly contemplating going to another dealership, seeing if they'll take my car, pay off the rest of it, and get me a new car that isn't riddled with problems... never again will I buy from here again.

Beware this dealer!!!…read more Be cautious when buying a vehicle from this dealer. Purchased a car that could potentially have killed me from this dealer even after he told me that the car was in great shape. Bought a used car from Whit that was in absolute dangerous condition. Don't make the same mistake of letting Whit handle the paperwork for you, or get license plates. Have the car inspected yourself or run the risk of getting a car that "passes" inspection with highly dangerous, unfixed issues if you do make a purchase. When we bought the car from Whit he reassured us that he would have it properly inspected and in working condition. He appears to be a friendly personable person, but after getting the car I noticed the oil had not been filled even after he mentioned he would have it checked and changed. Took the car to get an oil change, and quickly began smelling a burnt smell after 2 months. I don't drive much, so it took a minute to notice, but it turned out there was a leaking oil gasket. Upon inspecting the car at a "certified" and legitimate inspection facility, I found out that the car was missing a bolt that holds the Left Rear Control Arm in place and that there was a bent and disconnected Sway Bar, both which should not have passed inspection and could have sent our rear tire flying off the car while we were driving. Thank god this did not happen. Additional issues included the Break Lines being installed improperly and had been touching parts they're not supposed to. Don't trust his inspection, if you are going to do business, I will recommend taking the car to be thoroughly inspected or you could potentially purchase a car that is life threatening.
