HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This is one of the place that missed seeing a nail in my front tire and just told it is fine. This place along with mountain view auto service. I reserved the right to sue this place and i would if something had happened to me or my family while driving the car trusting them that my car is fine, when it is not. This place is unreliable and careless or they have have the knowledge to do something simple. I brought in my 2019 corolla to check on a low tire pressure light. They said they couldn't find any nail and added air for me. Well...okay thats fine as long as they find no nail and its just "not enough air" right? They added air, Low tire pressure light is off, perfect, wonderful! 2 days later, light is on again. Took it back in and why them why. They said they are not sure, they told me they added air again and now light is off again. Drove it for a few days and light if back on. This time, i was wondering if its the sensor instead of the tires because since they stated they check but couldn't find anything wrong with the tires, that's the only reason I can think of. Didn't get the time to bring it back to fix the sensor until 2 months later while the light is constantly on. This time, i took my car back to Toyota dealer since sensor issue can be cover under warranty. They checked and told me they found a nail in the front driver side tire. WHAT THE FREAK!!! Are you kidding me mountain view auto? All your technicians that check my car is careless, and unreliable or you are all liars! DONT COME HERE! This is that bad. On Friday we dropped off my sister's car for an oil change and to check something with her tire light. The guy at the front desk told us that they'll give us a call when it was finished so we waited for the call all of Friday afternoon and never got anything. No biggie, we get that businesses get busy and that's okay. Saturday rolls around and my sister is getting antsy so she gives the place a call HOURS before the shop closes and was taken to voicemail. She leaves a voicemail to inquire about the car and we leave it at that. This place is closed on Sundays, so we didn't even bother to reach out then. Then today, we decide to actually physically go into the place (plus it was the earliest day we had a car to go there). It's the same guy at the desk, and he says to us "You never called!" What do you mean sir?? You told us YOU would call?? Not to mention that my sister DID call! She whips out her phone and pulls up the call history at lightning speed but the guy refused to even acknowledge the cold hard proof. Then she even calls the place right in front of him to show that she got the number right the first time. Listen, sure we'd be a little annoyed at you for forgetting to call us on Friday and Saturday when you said you would. But to blame us and say it was our fault for not calling to inquire is the last straw. If you can't even own up to your mistake about a damn phone call, we can't imagine the other shit that you've been pinning on your customers instead. Please AVOID this place!!! I went to Lamb's auto shop on May 29th before our family trip coming up, because the windshield washer fluid was not coming out. It took about 3 hours to fix, and I confirmed that the fluid was coming out properly before leaving. It takes less than 10 minutes to get home, but while I was driving, the car felt very strange. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that five warning lights on the dashboard were on. When I pressed and released the accelerator, it felt like the car was suddenly stopping, and when I tried to turn the steering wheel to make a turn, it was tough. I contacted the auto shop again and took the car back, but they said they didn't do anything wrong and told me to take it to the dealership. On the same day, we took the car at the dealership and had to rent another car for our trip. It took 16 days to fix the car, and the dealership said that it could have been covered by insurance, but someone had damaged it and attempted to fix it, so it wasn't covered. We went back to Lambs Auto Shop to discuss this issue and asked them to cover the repair costs, but they said they couldn't pay a cent because there was no evidence. They made the car undrivable by causing all sorts of sensor lights to come on when we only went in to fix the windshield washer fluid, and now they say there's no evidence? We left the car at the dealership the same day and used a rental car for over two weeks. I wrote a review and told my family and friends not to go to this place, and I will look for other ways to address this issue. I strongly do not recommend this place. read more

Lambs Auto came to our rescue! We had a flat tire and had Triple A tow our car. Initially, we went across the street to another auto shop and they were completely unhelpful and turned us away saying that they couldn't fix our tire and that our tire was too damaged and that we needed to buy a brand new tire for $290. So, we decided to get a second tow and brought our car to Lambs Auto, the shop owner took one look at our tire and said they could fix it. Within a matter of minutes and $18 later, we were out of there with our tire fixed and ready to get back on the road. Super thankful that there are still honest mechanics out here helping us instead of leaving us stranded. Thank you, Lambs Auto! You have a customer for life. read more

Don't come here! Second time my husband is taking our car to get a tire fixed, the light keeps indicating there is a low tire. There is a Latin (probably Mexican) guy working there that is so rude! Telling comments to my husband like "you are making me work so much and it's so hot". His great solution? Inflate all the tires to 40 and tell him to come back when the indicator is on again. My dad and I dropped my car off on Friday morning to get an oil change, check the tire light, and brakes. We left my phone number so that we can get a call when my car would be ready to pick up. I don't get a call at all from the shop on Friday, so I'm left here thinking that my car needed more time than I thought. Then Saturday comes and I'm getting worried as to what is going on with my car. If you look at the photo of my call history, (626)964-1044 is the number for the shop (I've blacked out other people for privacy reasons). I give a call on Saturday at 1:12 PM and I leave a voicemail asking for them to call back about my car (I would leave the voicemail here, but phones don't give you a receipt of a voicemail you leave someone). Sunday is when the place is closed and now a whole weekend has been left with me being STUCK WITHOUT MY OWN CAR. We come in today (Monday) and the person who I believe is the owner is belligerent, saying that I DIDN'T CALL. I have the call history on my phonw and why are they putting the blame on me when they didn't call me? I try to show him my phone to see if this was the right number and HE WOULDN'T EVEN CHECK HIMSELF. I called the shop right then and there just to prove my point of "I have the phone number right here and have no indication of receiving a call from the shop. I don't know why people give this place bad ratings. Lambs Auto always takes great care of our cars and the owners are very honest and upfront with repairs. They never try and charge you for something you don't need. I think it is so important for a repair shop to be honest and not try and over or up charge you. And that is what you get here at Lambs. They really do take good care of your car and really try and work with you. I mean, there is a reason why the place has so many customers and always so busy. Pro: -Harry is very nice and he does not mind explaining the process of what is going on with your car to you. -He is also very knowledgeable and patient. -His team is very efficient at working, they don't stand around and talk. I came here for oil change and new brakes, all which took about 45 minutes. - MOST OF ALL: He is very honest and reasonable with his pricing. Con: He only speaks Korean or English. In Rowland Heights there is a lot of Chinese speaking people, so there might be a language barrier. Other than that, I would highly recommend this to anyone that needs to get any work done at this location. read more

Nice people. Got a regular oil change, they reset my maintenance service light on my Lexus. All I needed. Paid less than $40.

These people are awful and after spending over $1300 on my car here, I ended up with more issues than I began with. I did not blame them, just wanted my car checked again but he immediately became argumentative and honestly it is not worth my frustration to return and deal with these people to have them finish the job they started. First off, I brought my car in for a 100k check with my car otherwise running fine, and they proceeded to tell me a lot of work needed to be done with timing belt, gauge valve, etc. I also told him my reverse lights haven't been working for a while, unrelated to the bulb and he said he would check that as well. So once all the work was done, he claimed my car was in great condition now after replacing a lot of parts, reverse lights and everything was great. I leave to find that the lights are still out, and an issue with starting the car after filling the tank is still there. not only that, now my car struggles to start every single time which never happened before. I return a second time, now he says I need a switch replaced for the reverse lights and that it worked for him before (bullshit it hasn't worked in months he just didn't check) and that I need a fuel pump replacement. wtf? if I knew I would have more problems after spending over $1k I would have reconsidered whether it was worth fixing at all. Again, he claims there's no issue starting the car at his shop (must be a magic) He sends me on a wild goose chase with Hyundai and an expired service campaign for the fuel pump, I wasted more time and energy with the dealers and they tell me I have a battery issue. Ultimately I'm left standed because finally my car does not start at all while I am out. Great. Now I'm going to take it to a mechanic I actually trust even if he's farther away. These people are not trustworthy and do not feel any obligation to finish a job properly after receiving payment. I should've listened to the other bad reviews and stayed away. read more

My family made the unfortunate mistake of taking their honda here and they totally wrecked the vehicle for a small fix and now it's not driveable. It shakes violently and stops in the middle of the road. We asked them to fix it again but it didn't do anything. This went on for about four times. We gave them a chance because it was a referral and we are all Korean. It got so bad to the point that my mom took them to court but they ruthlessly lied in front of the judge and accused my mom of trying to ask for free services. Anyway the overall charges cost over $1600 and now the car is ruined and we need to get rid of it as junk. Dont trust your vehicle with these phonies. read more
