My coworker has been going to Michael forever and her older Toyota still runs insanely smooth, which honestly says a lot. What really stood out most was how caring and genuine he was. My alternator was failing and even though he was clearly busy, he still squeezed my car in because he knew it could become a safety issue. That meant a lot to me. He also worked around my schedule and let me drop off early / pick up late, which I really appreciated. I had a such wonderful experience fixing my Mercedes-Benz SL in their shop.... my fourth suspension was dropping low I went to the other Mercede repairing store(Mercedes brother） I don't think they're not professional maybe just wanna suck my money be dishonest Told me that I need to change 4 suspensions around $5000 to $6000. Dollars Thank you so much my coworker Jason Lee refer me to this TST auto repair Michael the owner take a look my car just tell me the truth " normally 4 suspensions won't break at the same time.... maybe the oil pump need to be replaced .... Oil pump cost around $2300 labor and parts "as OEM parts" of course 2003 Mercedes who need a brand new factory parts.... So I check in my car on Tuesday .... Wednesday he called me just tell me he find a leaking hose outside oil pump for suspension which have to replacement ... it will be around $400 some dollars after replaced oil hose ...... and maybe still need to be placed oil pump... Lockley TNT auto repair it Michael only replace the oil hose .... didn't replace the pump and all working now And replace one of the gasoline sprayer in the cylinder(anyway I don't know about mechanic) Friday afternoon he just call me the cart has been done For total $744 He even fix my passenger front signal light for free..... Michael won't ask you to change some parts that is not due for change. Last time I was there a girl drove in a 2016 Honda Accord coupe and ask the owner Michael to check the breaks because Diamond Honda told her it need to be change and cost is around $600. Even though she didn't make any appt , and I was his last customer for the day, he is still nicely examining her break with flashlight quickly and telling her there is no need to change her break.
