I am a HUGE fan of R&R Automotive!!! For years, I went to the same awesome mechanic who unfortunately moved. They were pretty large shoes to fill, and I was concerned about finding a place that'd be just as detailed with people who are just as cool. So it's really important for me personally to write this review so R&R sticks around until the end of time. R&R is the BEST!! For further quality assurance, it has been a few months since I last came here with my 18 year-old beloved car and their work has held up perfectly. Before coming here, it was mysteriously overheating nonstop, and needed a big milestone maintenance check-up. Everyone at R&R did a great job explaining what they found, which things were higher/lower priority, and everything involved in repairing them. The whole process and price was clearly stated, and there weren't any surprises upon payment. These guys take a lot of pride in their work, and even asked me to stop by so they could see how things were holding up after a couple weeks. I had a suspension problem and needed my control arms replaced and Tony gave me the best deal around, leaving any thoughts of going to Pepboys in the past! An orange light started flashing on my Prius' dashboard and their website said it could be all manner of scary and expensive issues. I called R & R as my usual shop was overbooked and I spoke to Tigran, who told me to bring it in. When I arrived, he immediately looked at my car and told me it was the tire pressure sensor and not to worry. He inflated my tires for free, and I was done in ten minutes. I was introduced to Teego's business by a friend of mine who used to work on cars. He assured me that Teego was an excellent mechanic that you could actually trust. You could trust him to do great work, and you can trust him to not scam you. Not to mention that he is very reasonable when it comes to $$. I have taken my car to him for over 14 years now. First it was for my 1999 Toyota Camry and now it's for my 2014 Subaru Forester. Just today I took my Forester by his shop because 2 of my brake lights were out. He pulled one of his mechanics over, they popped off my brake lights and tested each one of them. Come to find out, the body shop that last worked on my car switched the upper and lower brake light. He figured this out in less than 5 minutes. And I was out of there in less than 12 minutes.....and he didn't charge me. This guy (and his business) will be my mechanic until the end of time. He's truly a gem and a down right honest man. I'm so grateful to have him here in the Valley. I have a new mechanic. The best in the SFV as far as I am concerned. I had hit my wheel on a low cement wall and threw out the stability, it started wobbling at 20+ mph. I had no idea what to do, so I started out here and they worked auto magic, and then some. Such a reasonable cost for a new wheel, front bumper, new radiator, alignment, and now the car may as well be brand new. It was done fairly quick and with expert care. I called them to find out if they could fix my 2003 Honda. My vehicle had to be towed. They said yes but were to busy to work on it that day. I asked if I could have it towed there and they said yes! Very excited to finally find a local mechanic! I had the vehicle towed. They told me they would call me by the end of the day with estimate to fix my issue. They did just that! They gave me some options which I felt in my heart they had my best financial interest as their top priority! Mechanics are known to rip off people and I did not feel this way about Tony and his biz partners at all! This company is the most honest, caring, and thoughtful mechanics shop I have ever come across! We agreed to the work that made the most sense and they said it will be finished by end of following day!! They called around lunch time and said it would be ready earlier than expected which was fantastic news! I started asking around to find out where my friends get their cars done and they said M n M! Who knew? They are available past 5 pm which is super helpful since my schedule makes it hard for me to do anything by 5 pm!Best kept secret in Burbank! My wife fell prey to this shop, driver B E W A R E. Her cars electrical and the car itself shutoff and turned on while at a stop. She took it to this shop reading yelp reviews and being close to work. The inflated bill. wow. I will post the picture. I took it to our normal mechanic closer to home only to find out none of the services were done AT ALL, (clean throttlebody) being one. A tempt chip was the issue. prob solved. These guys said if it happens again bring it back, WTF for so you can further your criminal enterprise before your fraudulent services are found out. CUSTOMER BEWARE. I was recommended to this place by several people at MOSAIC. Took my car in around 10:30 in the morning. Tigran greeted me with a smile, asking me how he could help. I explained that my 2005 Toyota Matrix was in need of a new battery, a check-up on the brakes, and inspections of the radiator and alternator. Tigran said they'd be able to look at my car in about 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes, he had a report for me: My radiator and alternator were fine, but my brake pads and rollers were rusted and worn. He offered to replace them same-day (wow!). After calling in the parts, he estimated the finish time for the service would be around 2:30PM. Left to grab lunch and work at the library. Then around 2PM Tigran called me to say my car was ready! He relayed all the services and parts replaced: It came to a total of $288. I was super-pleased! After paying, I rolled out with brakes that no longer squeak and the assurance of a brand new battery. Tigran himself was very polite and amiable. His good attitude set me at ease and inspired confidence. It may be a small place, but the guys who work here seem to have great personalities and are great at what they do. I will definitely recommend R & R Automotive to anyone! read more

I can't believe that I haven't left a review for Tigran yet but I have been going to him well over a decade (probably closer to 15 years at this point). I absolutely refuse to go elsewhere. I have actually moved 25 miles away from Tigran's shop and tried my best to find a mechanic that was as good and reasonably priced as Tigran and I was not successful. He's an awesome mechanic and doesn't charge what I call the "female tax" (double the price for women). It's a hassle going there now, but I just can't see myself going anywhere else.
