Absolutely great service. I am almost afraid to write a review in fear this place will become too busy. Bri was perfect. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, no waiting. Greeted with smiles, and a welcoming energy. I live only a couple of blocks away, and drove by this place day after day. No more. They have a customer for a long time. I have been in customer service for many decades. They are on my level of service. I earned the Denver's "Go the extra smile award" a while back. They listen, they care, they work their art of hair cutting and styling. You are an individual person in the chair, you are not a number, or a scheduled appointment. I've continued to see James every two weeks for almost a year. Needing what I've been told is a complicated fade, I've often got great first cuts from barbers, but eventually consistently becomes an issue. James has remained consistent the entire time, and obviously works to continue deepening his mastery of the trade by learning and innovating. The other crew at R&R cultivate a welcoming environment and it's usually easy for me to get in as long as I book 24 hrs in advance. I recently moved to Denver, and this place had great reviews on Yelp. I was able to book an appointment on their website for the next morning. i was very impressed with the shop itself. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and friendly. I had Melinda cut my hair, who was awesome, and will definitely be cutting my hair again. James gave me the best cut I've ever had. he listened and knew exactly what to do. definitely the best taper fade of my life. they also have hair washing for free, hot towels, and he does complimentary eyebrow trips and basic shaping with cuts. the whole place has a professional upscale vibe but with insanely down to earth, diverse employees. They stole me from another place on Colfax. It's worth the leap. read more

Just had my haircut there. R&R head labs was so cool and has pleasant ambiance. Expertly great people who did an amazing haircut to me. I feel so comfortable throughout the process. The stylist even ask me if have a specific hair style I want to have. I just let them decide the style that suit me. Had good conversation with them and service was really nice. The best place for men's hair cuts James is so great and fast too. The owner is a woman so friendly and nice too. Easy to make appointments online or over the phone. She gives back to the community too and LGBTQ too. Parking can be a witch since it is on Colfax and University close to East High School. I love r&r head labs, been a few times and always got a perfect skinfade cut! I've used 2 different stylists and both were very skilled professionals. The custom formula shampoo and conditioner products are mixed on site while you wait and are the best hair products I've ever bought. read more
