Just bring it over this morning and we will have it done by 5:00. Sounds like a small locally owned shop that you want to support and do business with right? Quick service and good price! Well, when I dropped the car off at 10:30 she confirmed 5:00 today. At 4:30 I called to see if it was done and she said it's going to take a little longer than I thought but it will be done today. At 5:30 I stopped by and they still hadn't gotten the old one out yet. She said its more complex than I thought but we will get it done before we go home. The car was finally ready at 9:30 pm so I guess give them credit for staying late (ie 2 stars and not 1). On the way home I stopped to get the alternator checked at autozone and they pointed out that the wire to the alternator wasn't even hooked up so it wasn't working properly. So I came home and had to finish the job myself. If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is. So do yourself a favor. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!!! PS. No written quote, they don't take CC.

Will go again - I've been looking for a good repair / performance shop near the Dallas city center…read morebut haven't found one to my liking...until...I was referred to Landon @ Noble Motors from Blair Automotive. They also perform paint and bodywork, as he has a temp paint booth he used on some cars in his portfolio. I went to Landon for a long trip maintenance check for my 2005 Ford Mustang. He was able to get my car in for service promptly. His diagnosis was quick and he got back to me with the results in a timely manner. Being a gearhead, the diagnosis was as expected and I continued with his service recommendations. He uses this new system that sends an email with the recommendations, estimate, and even payment. Landon is very friendly and provided good customer service. It's one of the most organized shops that I've experienced as a customer. The shop is in a somewhat secluded location given the area, which can be desirable. It's a airplane hanger style shop, which has a cool vibe. Due to the style, the shop is quite massive and spacious so you don't have to worry about your car being cramped in. Currently, Landon has 1 lift and is looking for techs because he has a high volume of work, which is a good thing. He gave me a tour of the shop and some cars he's working on. Currently, there's mostly pickups, Ford Broncos, but he has some interesting projects such as a RX7 and Corvette. I'm looking forward to partnering with Noble Motors on my cars and seeing what else will come out of Landon's shop.
