Best Service Ever. I found this company here when my Mothers Washing Machine broke down. My mother…read moreis 88 years old and is on a limited income. I filled out a form online to schedule service which was the first thing that attracted them to me because i had already made several calls to other repair companies and they either didnt answer or they told me they couldnt help for several days or they were just too expensive to get them to come out. Jorken Services replied to me within 10 minutes of me filling out the form online. I had explained my mothers situation to them in my original request telling them about my mothers financial state and the urgency of the call. I first recieved an email from them saying that a technician had already been assigned and would be calling me shortly. Before I even finished reading the email, the technician was calling me. He already knew what was needed and said that he was told to do his best to keep costs to a minimum. I had originally set it up when I filled out the formfor the following monday but he was willing to come straight out. All up it was less than an hour between my initial email to them and the time the technician arrived at my Mothers house. He took a look at it, told my mother that it was nothing serious and that he could fix it on the spot for just the service call charge. He had the machine fixed in a jiffy and then even changed out the filters in her furnace for my mother as well. He then sat down with my mother and explained to her all he had done and gave her information and tips on her oven and even tightened up a fitting on her disposal under the sink that had been leaking for ever. All this and all he charged was a minimal service call. This company is a credit to its industry where so many now just seem to want to rip the elderly off this company bought a little sunshine back into my mothers day as well as giving me a feeling of comfort that if my mother had any other issues with her appliances or her heater or ac that I can now call someone that knows how to treat people. You really will be doing yourself a favour if you pick this company to fix your home appliances. Thanks again to Mr Jorken and the technician who came out.

It was over 100 degrees during install & the entire time including Jim and the knowledgeable crew made sure we were in the know about what was going on the entire time. They worked long hours to make sure they didn't leave until we had at least one air conditioner running. I called on a Wednesday because our air conditioning was OUT and had the pleasure of speaking to AI and it offered Saturday as the earliest appointment. I was transferred to an actual person and was told Saturday was for sure the earliest a tech could come out. I understand it is peak season for them but having to wait several days is ridiculous. I thought purchasing their maintenance plan gave you somewhat of a priority for service calls, especially when your a/c is not working in 90°+ temperatures. We will no longer be using Air Assurance and have found a great, honest and reliable company to purchase a new HVAC system from. We should have done this years ago as we have had very questionable plumbing service from AA as well. I would not recommend Air Assurance whatsoever and regret not switching sooner

I just had a new HVAC unit installed today in conjunction with their Costco deal - as of this…read moreevening it is blowing cold air and they didn't put my old thermostat back on - when I called the 24 hr line it was a less than reassuring experience...I got sucked in by the chance to finance the unit instead of having my dependable guy do the same unit but paying in full ....so far I'm not happy &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& I sent emails and texts to all I had spoken to and this am a tech came out and after opening the service panel found a couple things that should have been addressed I assume at install....he stayed to make sure that system was actually blowing warm air which is appreciated....I am changing stars but honestly will be on guard as I am concerned by the plethora of other less than complimentary reviews....it is obvious though I have no problem updating my review

Guess who has still not contacted me...Jared. It is June 1, 2026 and I am getting ready to contact them again. I am done being nice and patient. I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

I contacted the company for an estimate to replace our upstairs unit. A technician came the next…read moreday to look at what we needed, and said he would e-mail an estimate later that day. While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area. I e-mailed, thanking them for the estimate, and for the courteous technician that had pointed out a big problem. Turns out that the technician was the owner, Steve Price. I will definitely give him my business when the old unit gives up the ghost. Thanks again
