This move was unique: I'm located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and Troy had to pick up a very heavy and bulky Hammond organ, along with accessories, from the suburbs of Madison, WI, and deliver them to me. The task had a slightly challenging coordination aspect because multiple people were involved in the process, but Troy was completely accommodating. The quote he gave me was very fair, and the entire moving experience was handled with top-tier professionalism and skill. The organ, a huge amplifier, and the other accessories (a large bench and a curved pedal set) were meticulously packed and prepared for smooth transport. Since this type of organ requires special care before moving, including setting multiple locking screws, Troy ensured every detail was perfectly managed. I never had to worry that my belongings were going to arrive safely. I never had to question anything they were doing. I even saved money by booking online 60 days before my move. That's just awesome! The only hiccup was in the planning phase. Because I booked online, and told them my inventory, their calculator didn't accurately anticipate the size of the move. Luckily, I moved to a location close enough to allow 2 back to back trips in a short amount of time. I talked to the company about this and found out that I could have asked for a site visit (or virtual site visit) to get super accuracy on my quote. They would have sent someone to visually check what I was moving to determine what size truck to send instead of estimating based on my reported inventory. Next time, I'll know!
