Being it was a Saturday morning, I asked if the daily impound fees ($22 per day) could be waived for the next two days since the banks wouldn't open until Monday. She put me on hold for 10 minutes to reach her Manager, who said it was my fault for not being able to make it to Belton in time and that the fees would still apply.
