They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. Armor looked for a new board for us that evening then sent a technician out on Christmas morning at 9AM to check the unit. They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit.
