They did a home visit to look at the chairs, and, after looking at our fabric, told us how they thought the fabric should be placed on the chairs. We agreed with their recommendations so they took the chairs and the fabric to their shop. We got the chairs back in a timely fashion. They were delivered yesterday evening and they are absolutely stunning! We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and the look of the chairs. He provided and recommended a few sets of wheels for all the driving I've been doing lately and my personal preference in how smooth the ride would be vs. a thicker tire and feeling bumps here and there in the road, but get more miles of warranty. I chose to pay a little more so I would be prepared for the snow and get more warranty on my tires. I was able to get a minor alignment, oil change, and my new tires balanced and put on my car within an hour and a half or so that I waited for my car. I cannot recommend Tony and his shop anymore than I do in person to my family, friends and coworkers. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, stop by his shop or give them a call. I took my F150 in to have the spark plugs and wires replaced, I took it in sometime in January I…read morebelieve, My truck had about 192,000 miles on it, as I only drive about 4,000 to 5,000 miles a year, right now it has 195,462 miles on it. They spent two hours on it, 4.2 ltr 6 cyl, it should have taken less than a hour. I filled it up afterwards to check how much my milage improved as it was about 2019 when I had my last tune up, I got 10.3 MPG, was getting about 14.5 around town before I took it to them. It took me some time to take it back because my part-time job was a on-call job. When I went in to tell them it was worse, they made me a appointment 3 weeks out. I declined saying I would take it somewhere else, it took until the first of this month (August) to have time to take it into Goldtech Auto in Reno. They pulled the pugs and wires, The plugs had about 40K on them, completely worn out with huge gaps and the wires were mismatched with two different brand names. They did not replace the plugs and threw on wires they had in the shop, I paid $95.40 for a new wire set and $49.20 for new plugs, plus $165.00 labor plus taxes. Not only did they totally rip me off for $327.75, it cost me time, more money to have it done by professionals and about $200 extra in gas. I know I won't get my money back, one of life's lessons I guess, never take your vehicle to a people who have no idea how to do a tune up.

I came into this O'Reillys to shop for a battery about two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long in their line while the two men working were both helping others at their counters. When it was our turn, the younger good looking gentleman with curly hair called us over. I should have asked for his name. He was super friendly, showed us our options and even saved us quite some money with my badge. I got the upgrade with more juice. My surround sound uses a lot of juice to power. Who knew? ‍ He came out with us, swapped out my old battery for my new one and even gave me the core discount since he knew he was going to swap it out for me. This store is my store of choice for their customer service and value. I looked back at my receipt to see if there was an employees name so I could give him proper credit, there wasn't.
