Summit took my word and sent me a replacement. They also gave me a discount on the gasket as my old one was wrecked in the corse of dealing with the defective valve cover.

It started with a door greeter--clearly physically limited, yet insistent on escorting me to the product instead of just pointing. While I appreciate the effort, that move eliminates any chance I might browse for additional items. I grabbed what I came for and realized I needed one more inexpensive part--about $7. I asked an employee where to find it, and instead of helping, she just pointed to a line of 10 people. So I waited. When I got to the register, the guy behind it was slouched in a chair, resting his head on the counter like he was about to nap. He scanned my product and said it was all set. I asked where to pick it up, and he pointed me to another line--this one about 15 people deep. I waited again. Finally, I got to the front, the guy rang up my items, handed me a bag... and my $7 item wasn't in it. When I asked, he pointed to another line to stand in to get it. So back in line I went--for the third time. Fifteen more minutes pass. One poor guy is pulling orders while three others stand at the register chatting and doing absolutely nothing. When the orders come out, mine is clearly one of them--just a small part. The customer in front of me wants to open his boxes, check fitment, color, function, maybe even alignment with the stars. I politely ask if I can just grab my tiny part and go. The staff says, "No. You must wait." So I did--seven more minutes--because policies apparently matter more than people. This entire system is broken. Unnecessarily complicated, painfully slow, and staffed by people who don't seem to care if you ever come back. Spoiler: I won't. Summit Racing, you've lost a customer. And I honestly have no idea how you're still in business with a setup like this.

I got an appointment right away. Jesse worked with me to find a brand more affordable than what I had. She was able to keep me close to my budget. At first they told me it would be 3 to 4 hours but it was actually under 2. Needless to say I was surprised and happy. The owner came out to talk for a bit too. It's funny how things can work out for the best. Yes I definitely recommend battle born!

    I called Battle Born Tire Alignment and Tires yesterday to see if they could fit me in for an…read morealignment after I got off work. They didn't have any openings that day, so after calling around, I called them back and scheduled an appointment for the next day (June 30). They told me any time after 11:00 a.m. would work, so I scheduled my appointment for 4:30 p.m. since I get off work at 4:00. I arrived at 4:28 p.m., parked my car, and walked up to the front door only to find the business locked. I checked the time to make sure I wasn't early or late, then waited in my car for over 30 minutes thinking someone might have stepped away. During that time, I repeatedly called the business, but no one answered. This alignment was important because I had just replaced both CV axles and needed to have the alignment done afterward. I work long hours and have very little free time, so showing up for a scheduled appointment only to find the business closed with no notice was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, this was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you schedule an appointment here, be aware that your time may not be respected. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this business based on how my appointment was handled.

I came into this O'Reillys to shop for a battery about two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long in their line while the two men working were both helping others at their counters. When it was our turn, the younger good looking gentleman with curly hair called us over. I should have asked for his name. He was super friendly, showed us our options and even saved us quite some money with my badge. I got the upgrade with more juice. My surround sound uses a lot of juice to power. Who knew? ‍ He came out with us, swapped out my old battery for my new one and even gave me the core discount since he knew he was going to swap it out for me. This store is my store of choice for their customer service and value. I looked back at my receipt to see if there was an employees name so I could give him proper credit, there wasn't. I appreciate you and hope you're here next time I need something for my car. I'll make sure to get his name next time.

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts. The lady working at the front counter…read morewas unfriendly, never smiled, and made me feel ignored during the whole interaction. I was trying to return a part, but there was confusion because I accidentally brought in one that I had purchased online instead of the one from the store. Once I realized the mistake, I went back to my car and brought the correct part, so the return ended up being fine. Even though it was an honest mistake, the employee was very strict and made me feel like I was being dishonest or lying about the situation. Customer service should make people feel helped and respected, not uncomfortable and judged.
