I got an appointment right away. Jesse worked with me to find a brand more affordable than what I had. She was able to keep me close to my budget. At first they told me it would be 3 to 4 hours but it was actually under 2. Needless to say I was surprised and happy. The owner came out to talk for a bit too. I called Battle Born Tire Alignment and Tires yesterday to see if they could fit me in for an alignment after I got off work. They didn't have any openings that day, so after calling around, I called them back and scheduled an appointment for the next day (June 30). They told me any time after 11:00 a.m. would work, so I scheduled my appointment for 4:30 p.m. since I get off work at 4:00. I arrived at 4:28 p.m., parked my car, and walked up to the front door only to find the business locked. I checked the time to make sure I wasn't early or late, then waited in my car for over 30 minutes thinking someone might have stepped away. During that time, I repeatedly called the business, but no one answered. This alignment was important because I had just replaced both CV axles and needed to have the alignment done afterward. I work long hours and have very little free time, so showing up for a scheduled appointment only to find the business closed with no notice was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, this was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you schedule an appointment here, be aware that your time may not be respected. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this business based on how my appointment was handled. read more

Most recently here for new tires, an alignment and an oil change. I have to take care of my baby and she's in good hands with Tony. He provided and recommended a few sets of wheels for all the driving I've been doing lately and my personal preference in how smooth the ride would be vs. a thicker tire and feeling bumps here and there in the road, but get more miles of warranty. I chose to pay a little more so I would be prepared for the snow and get more warranty on my tires. I was able to get a minor alignment, oil change, and my new tires balanced and put on my car within an hour and a half or so that I waited for my car. I cannot recommend Tony and his shop anymore than I do in person to my family, friends and coworkers. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, stop by his shop or give them a call. Estimate provided, scheduled work at an available time and day that worked for me and the shop. Dropped off vehicle early. Was contacted later that day to say parts were not available until the next day. Apparently the Parts House, did not provide accurate information. Vehicle was ready next day at 11:40 and is riding well. I had shocks/struts replaced, as well as control arms and an alignment. Truck (2006 Honda Ridgeline) no longer pulls right and rides much quieter and softer. Pricing was competitive for what I could have purchased the parts for. Replaced OEM with Monroe Matic. read more

I'm really happy with the alignment I got from this shop--top notch service all around. They diagnosed worn ball joints and bushings, which explained the wandering steering. After getting those parts replaced, the truck drives straight and smooth now. Highly recommend giving them a call and scheduling an alignment. read more

Tony Gonzales and his crew at Battle Born Tire and Alignment not only do great work but are patient, kind and understanding. I have a 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. Before my divorce, my mechanically inclined ex-husband took car of car maintenance. Before i was married my dad (a mechanic) helped me out. I just moved back to the area after almost 30 years. (I was Battle Born and raised here too) was divorced and my daddy is no longer with is. I had taken the car to another garage for an oil change, and was given a long list of things that "simply MUST" be fixed and read in their paperwork that if I chose not to do work that they deemed crucial, they could and would hold my car. Thank goodness nothing was crucial , but there were "issues that needed attention asap". It was late on they promised to send the estimates Monday, but I was probably looking at close to $2,000! I never got the estimates. Tony looked at my car last Saturday (after I didn't show up Friday and one other date/late last month. Gave me an estimate and took care of an irritating rattling on my car (no charge for either). I took my car back Monday, got 4 new tires installed and a free alignment , at a price that was VERY roomy in my budget! The other "issues" were not as imminent as i was led to believe and my car drives and handles like it is new! I will be going to Tony and his peeps for ALL of my car needs in the future.
