I had a hot water to my kitchen faucet issue and my landlord called and made an appointment with Ted on my proposed day (Friday). It's not worth writing the entire back and forth on this, but essentially; it was a WEEK of responded to texts and voicemails - in today's world you can't take 2 days to get back to someone - our rescheduled time (worst case scenario) was for the following Friday and on Thursday he texted that he might not be able to make it the next day due to the job/inspector/blah blah blah. That was the last straw for me. I researched other plumbers and had someone come out the night morning and the problem took less than an hour to fix.
