He was professional and paid close attention to detail when he removed the old chandelier, and installed a new two-story, intricate design chandelier that is absolutely beautiful! I love it! He was fast, methodical and very careful because I was concerned about the height, which didn't faze him at all. He cleaned up and organized remnant pieces, and I am extremely pleased. Because this project turned out so well, I have a couple of more electrical projects that I will definitely be calling on Electric Medic. At 12:26 pm Glenn called from Gahanna and left a voicemail asking if the appointment was still on. I never got the message until 1:30 because I was on a conference call. No one ever showed up for the appointment or followed up for the company. I can only assume that business is so good they don't need to be bothered by a small $10,987.46 residential project. I was here waiting for Glenn from Country-side who from my view was a no show. I can't really rate them as a customer because they don't want or need my business.

SolarEdge has replaced them under warranty but trying to get Tim to respond to a text, call or email is very difficult. This week he said he would "get me installed on Friday", I'm not sure what Friday he is talking about because he never showed up called or texted me. The after install service is terrible and I feel locked in to Tim and Power Up since they did the install and control my log in to Solar Edge. I guess I will have to pay another company to come out and install the new inverter and maybe get control of my system. Everyday it's not working I'm losing money. When it works it's great but when it doesn't it sucks.

No grounding rods in the ground. No proper grounding to the copper water lines. And the list goes on and on. We have spent over $2,500 out of pocket to fix all of the terrible work from this company. We worry every night that there is going to be an electrical fire because of all the shortcuts Tim's company took. Tim knows of what his company did to our home and cannot hide from the truth.

Geez, I am actually really surprised about the low rating for these guys. I've had them work on two…read moreseparate projects for me, and both were turned around quickly and are holding up. Perhaps they've made some changes for the better in the past couple years. A few years ago I had them repair an electrical issue in our garage. It was covered under a warranty for our home, but I remember the pricing being reasonable, and we haven't had any further issues with the work they've done. About a week or so ago our AC stopped working. We called around to a lot of the CBUS big names (Some kind of *cough*Atlas manservant named company *cough*, but the quotes we received were pretty outrageous around $10k for a furnace/AC replacement. I have to tell you, I was absolutely freakin' floored at the amazing service I got from Ken who came over to review and provide an estimate. He was extremely friendly, which started shooting off red flags that this was going to be majorly expensive. LOL But in fact they were about 3k lower than a competitor. Another plus is that Ken noticed a smell of gas from our 40 year old furnace, and actually conducted some leak tests for FREE as a courtesy and shared his concerns. The last company/competitor I had come in started threatening to red tag my furnace without providing tests or troubleshooting... so who do you think did the better service to me? Ken really went above and beyond in taking care of the customer. He even helped review an insurance policy I had that covered both the issues with the AC and the Furnace. The day of installation was a full day, but both service techs they sent out were extremely professional, wore masks and gloves while they worked (Covid-19 precautions) and got the job completed on schedule. KMA also helped with securing financing, and had a lot of options available. You can't say that for some of the TV commercial companies out there who are typically tied to a single financial institution. I would gladly give KMA my business again if any needs arise in the future. I have peace of mind with a new AC and furnace and my pocket book only screamed... just a little bit.

I have scheduled them 4 times for Electric and Generator Maintenance. 2 times they canceled and 2 times they sent people who didn't even know I had a Generac! They have even serviced it before. They are now refusing to schedule at all! I have requested a Manager call me 5 times! It's now time to get The Attorney General involved!
