He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable with any questions i had. Its nice to see owners of a business get their "hands dirty."
