I recently brought my Toyota Tundra in for body work and too have some major dents repaired. From the moment I entered their office, I was treated with professional and friendly service. They analyzed the damage and explained that some of the damage would be difficult to repair without cutting out a portion of the cab. I asked them if they could try not to cut away part of the cab and try to repair it. They said they would and they would also repair some of the scratches that were on that side of the truck. A few days later, Jennifer called me to let me know that they were having a lot of difficulty pulling out the creased piece of steel and would need to order another piece of steel to put in its place. This would take a few extra days. I asked them to please try a little more to pull out the piece that was creased. They said they would. In a few days, I received another call from Jennifer telling me they kept a man on it until he was able to pull out the dent and he was successful!! They finished the job on time and it came out excellent!! They refinished the entire side of the truck, it looked beautiful when I picked it up! Jennifer was amazing! She was so helpful from day 1. I never dealt with Insurance companies and was not sure on what the process was like so Jennifer walked me through everything and even contacted the insurance company to set up an inspection at R Collision for me. She drove me to enterprise to get me into a rental car ASAP and a week later I was able to pick up my car. She had enterprise pick up the car so I wouldn't have to drop it off, she simply made everything so easy and hassle free for me. R Collision even fixed my front bumper for no additional charge!! which had nothing to do with the damage my car was getting repaired for on the rear of the car! I love the work they did, my car looks better than it did when I dropped it off. They washed it, shined it and did an interior clean on my 2017 Sonata. Unfortunately, I've had a few mishaps over the last 2 years, R Collision has taken care of me, and have gone above and beyond their call of duty. I've never had to worry what condition I was going to get my car back in, like I have in the past. R Collision is about 40 minutes from where I live, but I wouldn't have my car fixed by anyone else, and have had it towed there twice. Jennifer and Anthony are professional and empathetic, I've shed a few tears with Jennifer, and she's never brushed me off. They do not take on business just to make a quick buck, they care about you and the quality in how they fix your vehicle. I highly recommend their business. Just recently when I was T-Boned on Jan 7th where the driver was driving too fast to be able to stop, Geico was going to total my car.
