He was accommodating to both parties that we need our cars (have small children/constantly running around) and worked with us to make sure the repairs were done timely! Given the hefty bill I'd see for the amount of damage, Dean worked with me to understand my options around fixes and how best to keep this as cost-conscious as possible for both vehicles. The repairs on my car were done same-day and look good as new. While the car was being repaired, they noticed I needed an oil change and one of my windshield wipers wasn't working properly (was mis-aligned) and they did those fixes free of charge given all of the other fixes I was about to have to cover for myself and the other person's vehicle. I've brought each of my MASSAPEQUA LEXUS 2010 LS 460; my 2015 BMW X5; my 2016 BMW 750 iL XDrive and now my 2020 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XLE at least once, if not more times to these great bodyshops.
