Yes, I know most people in the industry are nice and down to earth once you get to know them, but as soon as I called for the very first time, Cathy's demeanor, personality and kindness immediately put me at ease. Allegedly, I may have dinged my new neighbors bumper recently. He and I went together and Cathy gave us a very reasonable quote for the repair. It's really interesting when you see a Yelp page that hasn't been claimed yet it has an absolute perfect rating with super detailed raving reviews. I wish that I had thought to take before and after pictures of the back of my car. The back bumper looked like a dog had chewed it. It was dented, scraped, chipped and battered, all, I should add, of my doing, the sole owner of the car! Not exactly good at parking. Venture made the car, a 2007, look brand new! The bumper shines, even glows, in the coming summer sunlight. The rest of the car glistens, the headlights beam, even the windows look better. I don't know what magic they did but the tires and even my two slightly beat up back hub caps look new again. And their prices are reasonable. Love this auto body, can't say enough good about it.
