My Norinco T-54 arrived, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the price. The pistols finish and bore are in excellent condition. The Glock style trigger safety has to go, but I'm happy that it has this style safety and not a hole drilled through the frame. Easy fix, original trigger already ordered. I ordered a surplus Zastava M70 online as I live in PA. I filled everything out online but accidentally hit ship to billing ADDRESS, it should have been my FFL. I received a call from a Mary not 5 minutes later telling me what happened and she proceeded to correct my error. She was a really nice woman and I appreciated her catching my error and correcting it. I also spoke with a couple of guys in the store about the gun and they were very helpful as well. At no point point did I feel rushed or made to feel I was a bother to them. I will be ordering a Beretta from them today as their service was exemplary. From the time I ordered until the time I held the gun was 9 days!! As far as the gun goes... It was in nice shape but couldn't move anything as Cosmoline had it glued together. I finally got the grips removed and then soaked it in gasoline for a few hours. When I wiped it down the bluing came right off, after a quad steel wool rub down the gun looked AWESOME! I decided to put a few coats of Renaissance wax on and it is beautiful. Look forward to doing business with them again soon! read more

Shipping was a bit slow. . .but again some companies have hardly any covid restrictions, others are scrambling just to keep in compliance and the doors open. My 2nd order was a Beretta 81BB. I bought one from Gander Mt. like 18 months ago, and both of us liked shooting it, so I bought another. The one from Rguns was in fantastic surplus shape & they had extra mags for sale which Gander didn't.. .I can not express how much better the RGun "surplus good" was when compared to the Gander "surplus good" and I was happy enough with the Gander pistol. I told her I bought a gun from them and wanted to give the owner some ideas on my results and that I run a gun group with 2500 members and could possibly send them some clients because their pricing was awesome. She said no no no and hung up on me. I called back, immediately got the manager, and he was also very short with me. Their website says all their items are "IN STOCK", but they have a warning that they are behind on shipping and it will take at least 4 weeks to ship. They replied to only one email of mine with a very snide remark. They won't reply to my email inquiries asking why, if their website says their stuff is "IN STOCK", it hasn't been shipped? I know why....because they want me to cancel the order so they can make $100 off of me for the cancellation. BS. I'm contacting my credit card company to deny any charges to them, and am contacting these clowns to cancel my order. I am also contacting BBB to file a claim. I placed an internet order for a stripped lower and a complete bull barrel upper just after the 2012 election with the understanding that it would take 4 - 8 weeks on the lower and the same or longer for the upper...they would not bill my cc until they were ready to ship...no problem. After 3 months and no word, I sent an email inquiry and the response was just one word..."soon"! Shorty after that, my cc was billed for the lower and it shipped 2 weeks later. The complete bull barrel upper...another story. OK, I understand the situation, massive panic rush to buy AR's, parts are hard to get...backorders throughout the industry. I scoured the internet to find a company that was willing to at the least "guesstimate" on a delivery date...RGUNS did do that. I started searching for reviews on RGUNS after the fact...every review was positive on their uppers and lowers, but...the internet was full of complaints regarding their customer service, their unfulfilled promises, rudeness, their owner and total lack of communication. I waited over 4+ months on my upper after I had received my lower and tried to get an update of some kind...which never came. Finally, I notified them that I wanted to cancel the order for the upper and a day later my cc was charge and I received a UPS notification stating UPS has received a shipping notification from RGUNS. Fast forward; 30 days later, the upper has yet to be shipped...now I'm starting to get a little teed off. I emailed them again and asked them to cancel the order and refund the money...silence. Then I received a UPS notification that a shipping label had been created. I checked my bank account and saw that my cc had been billed for the upper. Excellent I thought. Well, after another month their was no shipment confirmation from UPS. RGUNS had yet to ship upper Finally, I contacted my bank and asked them to get my money back from their bank. I filled out the "fraud" forms with the bank requesting they get my money back and then notified RGUNS to let them know that they had 24 hours to either ship as they had promised or my bank would file a fraud claim for a refund from their bank. I had kept every email sent and received with RGUNS. Guess what...they shipped the upper the next day and I canceled the refund request. I own a company in CA that sells Rguns products. We ordered products back in December and January. SLOWLY we received some of the stuff we ordered. We finally received stripped lowers from them, but they were ALL blemished. I sent several emails to Rguns about the lowers. I was told "in the matt sand the lins are from when the forging is made when the alluminum is flowing in the die. just the way it is we cant make it go away. thats why black will cover every thing. so the light finish will show every detail. the black ones just need to spray some oil on them." When we responded with pictures showing how bad they were and demanding a refund for poor quality products, we got this response "Just send back bad lowers and i will issue refund----then we are DONE----No more ORDERS!!". In addition to that, we were charged over $3500 for an order on May 17, 2013. As of today, we only received 9 lowers which were crap. We have asked for a refund for that as well. When we asked about it, there was no response. I would stay away from this company. We placed orders 6 months ago and still only received partial fills. Their quality on their products has gone down. We got BCG's a while back without the bolts. I was told "you got what you ordered". They still haven't sent us the rest of the parts. Their customer service is awful. We built our business on word of mouth and know how important it is to be customer orientated. However, it would almost be bearable if we got products timely, correctly, and were quality. I had a very positive experience. I am a novice (have done research but not experienced) and I was able to walk in and have an decent conversation about what I was looking for and didn't feel rushed or made to feel like I was a nuisance. They were very friendly, gave me guidance on some things that another place refused to give. There selection of tactical rifles is ENORMOUS and possible combinations seems to be endless! In this regard, no one else comes close. The only way I could see this store improve is maybe to invest in some bolt on accessories and optics and another suggestion would be to redesign their logo. The logo is very generic looking on their otherwise very nice looking weapons. I'd be glad to submit a few designs (for free) if they wanted. read more

I bought an assembled lower receiver (receiver mfg by RGUNS with MagPul MOE buttstock and handgrip)- After matching it to a DPMS A3 upper, I could not be happier. Fit perfectly and 150 rounds with no problems- 3 inch groups at 25 yards, standing, during the break in period, before even zeroing the sights :D Their prices were good all around, and the service was great!! The guy who took care of me was very friendly, casual, and didn't treat me as if I had no knowledge of guns, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive item in the store ;) I will definitely return if I do another AR-15 build. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My ordeal started on December 26th 2012 when I placed an order for a complete upper receiver which they had listed as in stock and ready to ship. Once i placed my order, I followed up with them to find out who long it would take to ship. Their response was: READ THE BIG RED BANNER ON OUR HOMEPAGE! That's it. OK I was sent a link directly to the upper receivers they have from a friend, so I had not seen their homepage. I went and looked and it was a warning about the current threat to the 2nd Amendment, etc. They stated that all orders for lower receivers would take eight weeks to ship and upper receivers would take 2 weeks to ship. I waited two weeks and checked again. It now said it would take four weeks. OK, here we go. I waited until the four week mark and checked their site again. They still said that all upper receivers would take four weeks, but there was another warning that they were running about two weeks behind on shipping. *SIGH* I waited again for two more weeks, then followed up with them via e-mail. I got no response for a week (now seven weeks from time of order). Meanwhile I'd had a few various charges hit my credit card, so at 8 weeks, they finally decided to charge my credit card for the upper. It was denied as I had not made my payment yet. They emailed me and I replied right away that I was making a payment and to run the card again. I followed up with the bank and then with RGuns to have them run the card again. A few days went by and I heard nothing in return. I e-mailed them again asking for a status update. I stated I had not heard back from them and asked for a status update. All I got in return via e-mail was a "Yes". No other status. That was on the Feb 21st. I have heard nothing and still no charges to my credit card. I filed a BBB report against them on the 22nd (Complaint ID#: 94440611). They have been sent the report and had 10 days to respond as of the 22nd. Rguns has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I wished I had done an internet search before ordering through them as all of the search hits I've found have expressed the same thing. Shady business practices and the poorest customer service out there. I don't know how they are still in business..... read more

Ordered a bolt and carrier group from their online storefront because they showed it in stock. I understand these days sometimes orders take a while to receive. After 8 weeks I wrote and asked what the status was- I received a short reply "swamped with orders, 1-2 weeks". After 3 more weeks when the product had not arrived I wrote again and was told "this week". 20 days later I wrote to enquire about the status and to let them know if it had not shipped to please cancel my order and refund my money. I am not sure if the business owner just has a limited command of english or is just rude but instead of an apology about their crappy service and an offer to make it right the reply I received was... to quote word for word "order terminated". I have a feeling that I will be fighting with them over my refund too. Avoid these guys- I will be posting on every gun review site I can find as well. I'm writing a review based solely on product quality. From barrels, to receivers, to BCGs all their stuff is top notch. All great stuff except... The stainless trigger hammer sets in their LPKs. THEY SUCK! But they acknowledge it in their store so NBD little polish and dremel work good to go. I even sold a RRA lower so I could buy another RGUNS. To everyone attacking the costumer service. Outside manufacturing, before SHTF in the AR market RGUNS had five guys working their store... FIVE GUYS. They're getting 3,000-3,500 orders a month they've sold 6,000 stripped lowers since November alone based on my serial numbers. How long do you think it takes five guys to organize, receive, sort, process, package and ship ever single order. Not to mention they run a retail shop just outside Chicago the 3rd largest city in the world. And a city with a higher per capita "dumb ass that wants to buy a gun" than any where I'm sure. So for give the RGUNS crew if they don't have time to answer your "where's my package, when will they be back in stock." phone calls and emails. If the website say "in stock" get in your car drive to the store and buy your part right over the counter and take it home to play with it. (Excluding lowers Illinois has a 24 hour wait). I don't work for RGUNS and have no personal affiliation I just buy their stuff and love it. I've also experienced a line out the door and around the building, while the phone rings non-stop Dec. 20th 2012 was one of those days. In person great guys that make an even better product, but definitely bust way too much butt to put up with the stupid people they have to. I bought my AR here and received a great product at a fair price. I was a walk in customer and received my rifle in about 4 days. This was prior to the panic buying that occurred later on. When that happened I cruised in to grab some Magpul mags and found the old showroom filled with about 40 people which was a tight squeeze in a 600 sq.ft.space. They were out of 30 round mags, but still had 20's and I grabbed four at the same price as they were before the run on parts and equipment. No profiteering here. read more

My order was originally placed on Feb. 23, 2013 and still has not shipped. 23 weeks and all I've received is a UPS notice of a label that was created on June 10, 2013. Multiple attempts with email requests for status and all I get is "in-process", "yes, next week", "on the way", "YES" and "no. we have to spend way to much time with order updates we cant get as many orders out"! I clearly understood the delay with my purchase as orders increased for all AR products early this year but that is no excuse for extremely poor customer service. As a paying patron you should have reasonable response times with updated information or at least have the option to contact someone in person. Unprofessional. I ordered a red buffer tube kit from them to put under the Christmas tree from my 8mo old. I did not open the original package as I figured how could you mess up a simple order like that. Opening the package on Christmas I found that the red anodizing is a dark maroon/purple color. It does not match the picture in any way and does not fit the color scheme of my build. Christmas Day was less than 10 days of receiving the product. I figured I would check their site for the return policy so I can find what I need elsewhere. The site says you have 5 days for receipt of product to return it. I called and they just put me on hold for 5 minutes when I said I wanted to return something. I hung up to call back later and same thing. I understand I have a low dollar purchase but how do they know If I also wanted to purchase a bunch of other things. Extremely unprofessional. I have a order still pending for just a bolt assembly, its been 10 weeks (and it was also listed as IN STOCK)!! you try and call their number and you consistently get a full answering machine. If you email them you are lucky to get a response. The only correspondence i have gotten from them when asking about my order after 6 weeks was "2 weeks" nothing more. Upon reading reviews of them and their products he canceled both orders the NEXT day (the orders were placed after close of business). All of the sudden with no communication or confirmation for 4 MONTHS my account was charged for these orders. After several phone calls and a few emails all with no response I am taking it up with my bank. I just don't understand how a company can stay in business when they conduct themselves in this manner. I have called and left messages and have not heard anything back. Emails have been sent and again no response was given. Here is the jest of it...they list items as "IN STOCK" they have a disclaimer regarding slow shipping on complete lowers, then they take months to ship anything. Then when you ask for information they tell you that it is two weeks out "be patient", then generate a UPS shipping pickup ticket, charge you for your purchase and then don't ship it until appears that they get good and ready to actually put it in the box and call UPS to really pick it up. Previously I purchased an upper from them back before all the stupidity came about from the CT. school shooting and I received the "IN STOCK" upper in about a week.
